Great tour! - We had a great time during this jam packed day in London. We started the day off at the St. Paul's cathedral where our tour guide was very good at explaining intricate details and fun facts about the cathedral. We then headed on to the Buckingham Palace to see the guard change which was very cool. We then went to the London Eye, took a boat ride on the river Thames where we got a nice view of the Tower bridge. From then we went on a nice tour of the Tower of London which was so cool as we got to see the guards ceremony. The day was long with not that much time to eat so make sure to pack some snacks with you. It was a great tour overall!

Aussie thanks - Trish and Kieran were awesome. Trish was the best guide we have ever had. She was well paced, knowledgeable, managed 3 group in one, spoke well and took care to ensure everyone was able to get home safely. Lunch provided was more than adequate. Her tip about Westminster Abbey was spot on.

Tour of London one half is enough. - We had a good time visiting st paul's cathedral and later changing guards outside of Buckingham palace. We were suppose to get on London eye next and waited in line for over an hour in an unusual hot weather but there was something wrong with the lift and tour lead checked with the golden tour head office and said they will return the portion of the money allocated to the London eye in the next five business days. Well…. that was two weeks ago. Say it then do it! After London eye we headed to Tower of London but as we waited long under hot weather skipped many interesting details. My recommendation to the tour lead is to hold a long colorful flag so it is visible instead of a blue file folder which did not give visibility in crowed changing guards. Also recommending to extend the tour by one hour for lunch break as we were exhausted going place to place with no rest especially waited long under heat. I know snack was provided, but I would recommend to also improve quality of the snack so it does not give heartburn eating it.

Less than perfect. - London eye was what we expected however poor visibility our day detracted a bit from the experience. ONLY Mother natures doing. Tower of London was fairly informative. No possibility of seeing changing of the guard, only small marching group. Time on bus not very informative. Understand that your guide Mark has a schedule to adhere to but keeping up with his walking pace was difficult for many. We feel your was not a good value.
