Highly recommended cruise - This dinner cruise brought to us by city cruises was a wonderful way of seeing the sites of London by night Tower of London Albert Bridge, the London eye the entertainment was top-notch and the dinner was excellent from starts to finish the beginning toast of sparkling wine was very nice as well

Fun time on the cruise - The singer was good. The food was good, but the views and ambiance were excellent. It was a very relaxing, peaceful trip that we enjoyed doing for our 25th anniversary.

romantic dinner - This dinner cruise was really nice! There was a live entertainment. The food was delicious (we had the chicken). It was very romantic for me and my husband. I would do this cruise again for sure!

Not good for solo travelers - This cruise includes dinner music and dancing. Appropriate for couples and groups. I was alone and was seated in a very dark corner - very unpleasant. You should advise people of this. Also I was not given a choice of entrees.

A Dud - The operator left the dock 15 minutes late and wasted another 10 minutes returning to the dock to pick up two passengers who missed the sailing time. We wasted another 15 to 20 minutes docking to pick up food. Because of the tides, we had to disembark at the Tower Pier rather than our embarkation point of Westminster Pier. The operator told customers that the cruise would still be for the full 3 hours. I would put the time closer to 2 hours and 15 minutes. The dinner menu had choices for two of the courses. Viator did a very poor job of making this clear and presenting options during the booking process. The choices had to be made pre departure. I have generally had great experiences with Viator and have given a few very good reviews that were fair. This was a dud and my mediocre review is as fair as my other very good reviews.

We did not go as the drop... - We did not go as the drop off point was changed. We were supposed to come back to our starting point, but that changed the day of the cruise. We were on foot and the drop off point at 11:00 pm was 1 1/2 miles from our hotel. We asked the woman at the Cruise City ticket booth how we would get back. She was no help. Said to take tube, which we had no idea how to do. Asked if we could call a taxi and she said probably not as there aren’t many in that area. Very disappointing.
