London Eye
London Eye is situated on the South Bank of the River Thames, opposite the Houses of Parliament. Go to the "VIP Experience Desk", located inside County Hall, which is the building directly next to the London Eye. Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your experience.

Christmas time on the London Eye - This is well worth doing if you are in London. My husband and I did the champagne experience which was great because you got to go to a special VIP area and skip all the lines. We went during Christmas holidays so it was very busy. I would recommend showing up about 30 minutes prior to your allotted time. You hang out in a nice bar area and get a glass of champagne while you wait for your guide. Our host Sophie Jo was very sweet and knowledgeable. There’s a quick security check before getting on the wheel but we only had to stand in line for about 5 minutes. The total rotation of the wheel takes 30 minutes. There’s plenty of time to sit and enjoy the views, get photos, ask questions and enjoy your second glass of champagne! The views were incredible. You’re right by Big Ben and the Palaces of Westminster. You can also see Buckingham Palace, the Dome of St Paul’s Cathedral and many other iconic buildings and bridges.

Great view of the city - Great way to get a view of the whole city! Went at night and all of the lights were so pretty and it was nice having a glass of champagne in the sky. And no waiting in line with the VIP experience!

London eye - Once again we come to London and here is a surprise Olga from the gift shop on Christmas Eve also gave me a voucher for a glass of champagne, a beautiful compliment, thank you, definitely 5 stars!

Romantic trip to the London Eye - We enjoy the city at the London Eye, and the slow ascent is heart-rending. Overlooking the Thames and surrounding landmarks, it feels like you're in a painting. Although there are many people in line, it is worth sharing this moment with your lover. Definitely a romantic choice for couples!

A must-see in London! - This Champagne Experience was wonderful! I highly recommend visiting the Eye at night- but if you go the extra fare for this Champagne experience really was worth it. A warm welcome from the VIP team, no wait in the general admission line, less people in the pod and a cheers with a delicious glass of champagne. Our guide was fabulous- unfortunately, I forgot his name but (perhaps Arnie?)

A whirlwind of wow! - We spun 'round on the iconic Eye, London all lit up! Spectacular, even if my partner did nearly drop their phone. The illuminated city below was just...wow. Definitely worth the queue (and the near-phone-death experience!).

Watching London go by from the Eye. - Great experience from having a drink in the VIP lounge, so sipping champagne as the eye rotated. Vicky Back was our guide and proved to be knowledgeable on the sites, and a professional photographer.

December 2024 London Eye - Will was amazing, so friendly, and very informative. He kept us entertained throughout the experience and took individual pictures for everyone that wanted them. He also gave some of us suggestions on other events we should look into on our trip. The entire experience was memorable. Champaign was great! Would definitely go again!!!

Unforgettable experience! - Wow, what a lovely experience! My husband and I were lucky enough to have a champagne experience with just the two of us. We also had a fantastic hostess, Sophie Joe, who told us all about London and overall gave us an unforgettable experience. If you are visiting London, this is as superb way to see the beautiful skyline. Highly highly recommend.
