Great day! - A day out that I would definitely recommend to friends! Our tour guide Colin was super friendly and engaging, it was obvious that he enjoyed being at/working for Fullers. Great value for money :)

As always, a lovely experience - 3rd time doing this tour and it doesn't get old! Dave was a great tour guide, and the beer range was fantastic to sample at the end. Recommend to all.

Brilliant experience on Colin's tour and a fantastic tasting session! 👌🏼 - Booked this tour for myself and my partner as christmas present last year. Was easy to book with the voucher. Colin, our tour guide, was brilliant! He was full of knowledge and you could tell he had a genuine passion for the brewery and everything that goes with it. He was super engaging and kept us interested throughout the tour. He kept us well entertained and cracking up during our tasting session. Colin is an absolute asset to the tour team! Made for a great afternoon out 10/10!

John, the tour guide, was brilliant! - Went with my dad, who I’ve taken on a fair few brewery tours. This is by far the most informative, easy to follow and enjoyable one we’ve been on. John, our guide, was amazing and so incredibly knowledgable - not only about the brewery, but when we mentioned where we lived, he knew our local Fullers off the top of his head. The screen at the beginning that explains the brewing process is by far the best explanation I’ve ever had on a tour - as it caters for a more visual style of learning. Onto everyone’s favourite part - the beer was great!

Really good way to spend a couple of hours, one of the best breweries. Smashing tour, and our tour guide Dave was great - Dave was our tour guide, his knowledge was really good. Answered all of our questions. Really good tasting experience at the end of the tour were you got to taste lots of different beers, there’s even ciders if you don’t like the beer. Great way to spend a couple of hours. One of the best brewery tours I’ve done

Well worth a visit - Great tour guide Sue. Full of knowledge. Also great tasting session. Remember ladies to wear closed toe shoes! Unfortunately they were not brewing on a Friday when we visited but still very enjoyable!

London Pride - Really interesting tour taking in all aspects of a working brewery. My husband loves London Pride and we have been wanting to do this tour for quite a while. Our only disappointment was our guide. Whilst undoubtedly very knowledgeable we found his brusque and curt manner totally unsuited to this customer facing role. Looking over other reviews with photographs of guests standing by the pumps at the end of the tour, we realise we just lucked out today with our guide. He could have made it so much more enjoyable with a little more humour and a little less of a didactic approach.
