Worth it after overnight flight - At first glance , I thought perhaps it was not going to be worth it . But after being able to rest up and recharge in a relaxed atmosphere, it definitely was worth it . The food offerings were fine , pasta , curry , potatoes etc , great brownies as well . Nice selection of teas and coffee . Bar service available as well . I had come off an overnight flight , was exhausted, so it was much better than trying to find a spot in the airport. Showers were available for an extra fee , but I didn’t utilize them . I would do it again .

Terrible - That this lounge actually has won SkyTrax awards is incredible. If that speaks volume to SkyTrax being a ranking not to trust or what is it is hard to say. Not a seat to find. Soggy, bad food. Dirty toilets. Rude staff. A shame to the lounge business.

The worst Lounge I have ever been to - Have access with Amex Platinum. Been here a couple times in the past and the queue system is a joke. Was expecting it to be better today, number 3 in the queue and then sat at number 1 for an hour. Watched at least 15 people who joined after us enter before us and when talking to the front desk, they stated it goes based off when you are boarding that you can have access. Absolutely shameful lounge and cannot wait for the other T2 lounge to open. My boarding time was a little over two hours before i joined the queue, and they stated AMEX can join up to 3 hours prior. The worst lounge have ever been to

Avoid it if you can - Probably the least useful lounge I have ever seen. Shady entry process followed by poor selection of soft drinks and no seating. Food was acceptable if you are starving. Spend your time and money elsewhere!

Disgraceful - It’s difficult to believe but this lounge has got WORSE!!!! Visited lounge in December 24 and despite many negative reviews I thought it was just about ok. But now food worse, overcrowding worse, drink selection vastly reduced and staff couldn’t care less. What will it take for management to wake up and sort this lounge out. I have visited plaza premium lounges in several countries and this one is a disgrace. Iv read a new lounge is opening in terminal 2 in December so I know where I will be going for my January holiday.

Nothing premium here. - Awful lounge. Extremely busy. Had to queue for 1 hour 40 minutes. Food disgusting. Poor quality wine and beer. Fortunately another lounge is opening at terminal 2 in December 2024.
