Great Tour with the most important sights and phantastic audio commentary from a highly knowledgeable and humorous guide. The route is well chosen and the buses are in good shape.

Absolutely fabulous experience - The tour was on time, the route was perfectly planned to show us so many different views of London. The cherry on the top of the cake was Joe our tour guide who was so knowledgeable and thoroughly entertaining in his narration - he was excellent. I’d definitely do it again

Open top Blue tour for our last day of London trip. Was excellent!!! - Brilliant trip. Tour guide Andy was so knowledgable, friendly and really made the trip. Steve driving did a great job too! Highly recommend it!

Thank You for a wonderful time. - I wanted to say "Thank You" for two things:
1) A really wonderful London tour with guide Emma, who seems to know every stone in the city and made the trip a very lively experience for my whole family. Bonus points for a short tune of "The Long Way To Tipperary" and otherwise speaking so clearly that I was able to simultaneously translate that into German for my little son.
2) The friendly and honest staff that found the backpack of my son with the iPhone of my daughter in it. We still keep telling friends about this adventure every now and then.

A very enjoyable tour to see the Lights. - A very enjoyable tour with our driver Naz, and guides Odum & Raja.
The mulled wine was delicious and readily topped up if required!

London Bus Tour - Jack the Ripper "without the ripper part" live guide was absolutely amazing. He's very funny, entertaining, and provided a lot of historical information. Jack definitely made the tour memorable!

Poor service - The service is good regarding the punctuality of the buses and the coverage of the city that is verifiable via app, with easy and intuitive platform. However, the choice to opt for this service was dictated by the fact that there could be the possibility of having a guide who would tell us about the city in all its details while sitting like spectators. Actually, it didn't go quite like that: the audioguide was present only in 4 stops of the red line, then only music to the king's cross station; non-existent instead on the yellow line because it did not work on both the outward and return buses. In short, the headphones were used only to listen to the background music!
We also took advantage of the offer of the extra 24 hours the following Monday, February 16, making a big error of evaluation for inexperience, because we literally wasted two hours in traffic, without anyone describing anything about the city (I repeat the audioguide only worked for the first 4 stops of the red tour).
In summary, it is a poor service, exploitable essentially on weekends or at times with little traffic and with a really questionable quality / price ratio.
