Afternoon tea bus - The staff were wonderful & the service was excellent. Started off with a refreshing Mimosa as we travelled around London seeing the sights. Soon to follow were coronation chicken wraps, cheese and cranberry & smoked salmon and cream cheese finger sandwiches. And finally a lovely selection of cakes and scones with cream and jam. Washed down with tea in a nice reusable souvenir cup.

Perfect for an Afternoon Tea to see the sights - Staff were lovely and made the experience. Food was lovely. We did forget to order drinks before so if you want more than your included cold and hot drink don’t forget to order when booking.

Wonderful ride - Wonderful introduction to London with tea and treats to enjoy while seeing the highlights London has to offer. Bus driver remembered us when we rode another bus while in London. He greets each guest when they board with a welcome

Fun - My daughter and I went with friends,and we had a wonderful trip. Amish and Diya were attentive, informative and kind. The driver Lalit eased smoothly through the traffic so we could enjoy our tea time treats and glass of Prosecco. I would highly recommend this activity.

Very nice ride around London, good way to spend an afternoon - It was a very nice ride around London, the staff and crew were very friendly. The only feedback I would have is there should have been more for a tour of the sites we were seeing. It would have been nice to have a voice over telling us about what we're driving by and what to look out for

Ok tour, friendly crew - The weather was pretty lousy the day of our tour which was no fault of the tour provider. However, the windows were foggy for the entire tour and it was difficult to see anything at all. Crew did provide cloths for guest to wipe windows but it wasn't very effective and did not allow us to fully enjoy and relax on the tour. Maybe a defogger on the bus for the windows would be a good idea(?), at least for the big windows up front.
We also thought from the description that there would be more narration, at least pointing out of signts/landmarks. There was none.
Food and beverages provided were ok. Crew was friendly.

Terrible customer service - Terrible experience! This was my first visit to London and was a short trip with two young kids. I thought it was a great idea to check off English tea and tour at the same time. We were at the bus stop as recommended 15mts ahead of the reservation time, showed our vouchers and were asked to step in the hop on/off bus rather than the tea bus. 15mts into the ride I realized that they had us board the wrong bus. I contacted the customer service to see if we can catch the tea bus at the next stop. The person on the phone was extremely rude. The worst experience I ever had. He was yelling that I should know how to read my voucher and that it is not his problem. I requested him to send me info on email which he refused and continued to yell that I should know how to jot down things. I did not want this to ruin our day and continued on the hop on/off bus. The tour guide (elderly gentleman/head guide) was delightful and explained things.
I wish golden tours takes time to coach their customer service to do a better job.
I paid 85$+ per head for this :(

To avoid - The place and super badly indicated we give you an address that is not the right one.
I called the service concerned to get the right address she didn’t know how to come she clearly told me to put the gps on and manage, so customer service 0.
He doesn’t have a vegetarian option (unless he’s a miss on my part)
And honestly the cakes sound inedible.

Not worth the money - This was easily one of the worst tours I’ve ever been on. Incredibly disorganized and the value was not there. The issue wasn’t even that my partner and I had to share a table. It was the awkward service from the gentleman that made us feel uncomfortable. A troublesome patron was sat at our table and while she was complaining that she didn’t have a proper placement setting while I was eating my pastries the gentleman took my plate from me and put it on my partners tea set and said…”see? His plate it on the other set now so you can have your own now…” the food might as well have been from Tesco as well because it was not fresh and the scones were dry. The salmon sandwich had a very strong fish taste that hinted bad quality. I’ve been fighting a bad stomach ache all afternoon now. Ruined my afternoon/evening since I have no appetite to eat since I can’t keep anything down.
