History buffs - We toured with Tom who was great! Extremely knowledgeable and was able to answer every question I had. And finished with a nice tea time at The Gore hotel with scones which is also apparently where Judy Garland stayed and has donated her bed from Hollywood. And lots of more obscure, interesting interesting brief stops along the way that would probably never get noticed had we not had someone guiding the way, like a childhood home of Churchill and Chopin’s last residence just down the street and the morbid (mostly accepted) story behind the chimney at Imperial college! Tons of history

High Tea at Kensington gardens is a “must do” in London - Our high tea and tour through Kensington garden was a wonderful experience from start to finish! Our tour guide Doug was fantastic! He was very personable and very knowledgeable on the history of the gardens. He pointed out significant landmarks with detailed explanations about them. He was very patient and allowed us plenty of time to take photos. After touring the gardens we enjoyed high tea. The tea, sandwiches and desserts were delicious and again our tour guide Doug did a wonderful job going over the history of how high tea was started. This two hour tour went by so fast and was one the most enjoyable part of our time in London. I would definitely recommend the tour and Doug as your guide!
