Lights and Sights - Amazing trip. We are a family aged from 9 to 70+ and all enjoyed it. The sights and lights were spectacular and the staff were very helpful and friendly. The guide was very entertaining and kept us all amused. Well worth doing but wrap up warm!

Perfection came as standard - From the start we were greeted by friendly staff with smiles all round even in the cold weather.
having Santa there and handing as Christmas hats made it even more special.
our live tour guide was super amazing friendly funny as well as singing Christmas carols which just made it even more special.
the tour route was absolutely amazing and the driver was amazing drove very smoothly and safely all in all we as a family highly recommend the Christmas light tour🙌🙌🙌🙌🙌🙌🙌 big massive thank you to everyone at Tootbus tour for an amazing experience and will defo be trying out your other tours

A Magical Christmas Lights Tour with Tootbus! - I had an amazing experience on the Tootbus Christmas lights tour in London! The whole journey was absolutely magical, with the city beautifully lit up for the holidays. Our guide, Pete, was fantastic – so friendly, cheerful, and full of great information about the history and highlights of the Christmas lights and decorations around the city. He made the entire experience even more enjoyable with his warmth and enthusiasm.
The bus ride itself was comfortable and gave us the perfect view of all the stunning lights. It was a great way to experience London’s festive atmosphere without having to walk around in the cold. Highly recommend this tour to anyone looking for a magical Christmas experience in London!

Fab way to see the lights - We booked this experience on the day (wanted to make sure the weather was ok)
We had an absolutely lovely time. Booking process was easy. The pickup location was easy to find.
We arrived 10 mins before, as advised and got straight onto a bus. We were given a Santa hat upon boarding, which was a nice touch.
The bus departed on time, but the tour did take longer than the advertised 90 minutes, so do bear that in mind if you have plans or transport to catch afterwards, rush hour traffic is unpredictable.
The top deck of an open top bus is absolutely the best way to see London's Xmas lights. The guide was helpful and informative and regularly let us know when photo opportunities were coming up, and how to get the best pictures as well as giving us little nuggets of historical information and fun facts.
I would definitely recommend and look forward to booking with them again in the future!

Too bad!! - I booked a little in advance, and I found myself in a bad position compared to those who rode during the day, even...
I think you should number the seats to leave the choice because to see lights under a roof it sucks

Very medium - The views were beautiful, the indications to the headphones disastrous, my wife's jack did not work. Attic of all the bus broke down!!

felt scammed. walk around by yourself and save 68£ and 1h of your life - As said by other customer many times, it is not worth your time and money.
1) the tour is a complete waste of time and patience because since it is in Piccadilly circus, you will spend more than 1h stuck in traffic.
2) the tour will not allow you to see anything more nor less than what you will already see reaching the meeting point. Get off at Oxford Circus, walk around within 0.5miles radius, you will see the same identical lights.
3) overpriced for the service provided
4) the speaker doesn't say anything more than what already said in other standard tour of the same area.
5) let's be honest here. Except for Regent Street lights, all the others are nothing crazy. Not worth the time.
I complained time zero as soon as I arrived home because I felt scammed imho.
Customer service replied that no one else complained therefore the tour must be ok.
So fun I then found all these negative reviews. Probably you should give a try to your own tours and figure out what you are selling.

Disappointing Experience with Toot Bus - I regret to share my less than satisfactory experience with Toot Bus. The strategic placement of their so-called boarding locations at busy areas makes it practically impossible to reach during peak times, particularly when traveling with family and older members. To me, this indicates a lack of foresight and consideration for customers.
Moreover, their policy seems to lack flexibility. If you happen to miss your slot, there's no effort to accommodate you on the next bus. While you're left stranded, their customer reps outside are keen on welcoming more and more people via instant sales at the stop, and they entirely disregard the plight of existing customers who have missed their slots. Attention seems to be given to instant sales rather than customer comfort.
Furthermore, the attitude of their reps could certainly use some improvements. Failure to secure a seat on the bus is met with a lack of service and an unprofessional demeanor from their representatives, which only worsens the situation.
If you happen to miss your slot, brace yourself for lack of aid and a very disappointing attitude from their representatives. They are more likely to thoroughly defend their non-refundable policies than listen to or address your concerns.
Based on my experience, I would not recommend Toot Bus. They need to drastically improve their service approach, their flexibility, and the behavior of their representatives.
