Cheese & Wine tour - This was a wonderful way to spend the day. Brian was a fantastic tour guide. His knowledge of viticulture & the history of wine production was astounding. He was warm, friendly, funny & really interesting. We tried lots of different wines at Sedlescombe organic vineyard, some of which I would not have chosen (but very much enjoyed), and Sharon was clearly passionate about organic and biodynamic wine making. She was engaging & fun. Brian imparted his knowledge about Chapel Down wines & we supped under the shelter of a tent as the rain tried to spoil it! The light lunch at Silcocks farm shop was delicious, and Nicola & Justin made the cheese & wine pairing afternoon really interesting & fun. We worked out that we tried 17 different wines over the course of the day, and were suitably fluffy-headed & cheese-drunk by the end of the day. Thank you to English Wine Tasting & Tours. We will be back

Great experience! - Many thanks Justin and Nicola for a really enjoyable day. Justin provided lots of interesting information on the journey and the two tastings provided great opportunities to try some excellent wines we had not previously encountered. We found the cheese and wine pairing session very good, learning lots about both the wines and the cheeses and have found some new favourites in both! Would thoroughly recommend this tour, learned lots and had good fun too.

Great Day Out - My tour was a present from my wife and what an excellent present it turned out to be. There were 9 of us in the group and a good time was had by all. Visited Chapel Down and Wayfarer vineyards in Kent. Nicola's advice was to have a 'hearty' breakfast. Good call, we sampled 12 wines before lunch! A pub lunch, food was excellent, served with a fine glass of Rosé We finished the afternoon with a cheese tasting experience with a further 6 glasses of wine. Our hosts, Nicola and Justin were informative and entertaining. I thouroughly recommend English Wine Tasting Tours Fraser

Happy big birthday MF - We went as a group of 4 for a milestone birthday. We all thought it was so brilliant. It was a rainy day but that made no difference to the enjoyment. We were picked up in Central London, taken to 2 vineyards, a lovely pub and then a farm. We tasted delicious wine, sumptuous cheese and learnt loads all with no hard sell. The day pivoted to an indoor venue with ease and it did nothing to take away from the fun. I would highly recommend this for an absolute stress free, fun day out that is amazing value for money

Fabulous day out! - On the way to the vineyards, Justin provided us with comprehensive background knowledge on the birth and progression of English wines. There was plenty of opportunity to try the different sparkling and white wines and the wine and cheese paring at the end of the afternoon was perfect!

Fantastic English wine Tour! - Justin picked us up from our hotel and from that moment talked us through his fantastic knowledge. We visited two English vineyards. There was a mix of Fizz, Rose and White! They were all surprisingly good. Lots to drink, a goody bag, lunch at a local pub, a perfect day!

Awesome day out! - We booked a private vineyards tour for a group of friends with English Wine Tasting Tours We visited Sedlescombe Organic, Chapel Down, and Woodchurch Estate and had lunch at The William Caxton. The day went from 10am-5pm. We tried 4-6 wines at each place and had a great pub lunch too. Justin led the tour and was awesome - tonnes of knowledge and super friendly. We also met Nicola his wife who runs the business. They were super flexible throughout the booking process and the tour and even helped to retrieve a lost phone from the train on the day (thank you!) Will definitely book more tours with this great company in the future
