Amazing Bus Tour - What an amazing Tour…Svitlana and the team well done.👏👏 from start to finish everything was first class.. From the red carpet, service ,food, drink and the commentary around the sites of London we’re all perfect. It was my partners birthday surprise and when a card and and little sweet treats were delivered while singing Happy Birthday that made her day.. If you want to see the sites of London this is the coach trip for you.

Christmas lights tour - Loved it, although traffic was bad, service was fantastic, would do it again but with food next time, there are plenty of lights and trees to see, not sure what some people are expecting to see, the bus is spotless and comfortable, very relaxing, and there’s a toilet too, Audio only gets out of sync due to the traffic.

Grand tour experience….. - The Le Grand bus has an elegant and comfy layout! A great new product that is unique and special! Service on board was excellent

Amazing experience - My partner and I had the pleasure of going on this incredible bus tour. The experience was perfect, from the food to the comfort and sightseeing. The bus itself is done up to the highest standard and the staff were incredibly welcoming and kind. One of the highlights was the fact that the audioguide was unique and well curated with interesting facts and information that you would not get on a regular bus tour. We really enjoyed our experience and recommend this tour to anyone visiting London for the first time or anyone who wants an elevated sightseeing experience and to rediscover the magic of London again!

Amazing time around the city on a double date! - I came across Le Grand by accidentally seeing it around London and decided to go on a double date with my fiancée and our friends. And we didn’t regret it! We are not usually the ones to do tourist activities, as we have lived in London for a while now, but this is honestly a ‘must do’. I have been on several tours around the city, but none of them compare. This was such an amazing experience! The food, drinks, and the service was excellent. We were greeted with a ‘red carpet’ and immediately served champagne and a selection of savory and sweet bites. The interior exceeded my expectations and the views from the panoramic windows were just perfect. We really enjoyed the experience and without a doubt I will be taking my mum and grandmother next time! Thank you!!!

The Greatest Bus Tour - I have lived in London for over 10 years and have always wanted to go on a Bus tour. There has never been a service that combines the sightseeing and luxury aspects until LeGrand. This was an amazing experience, I visited with my fiancée. The staff were well prepared and very friendly and supportive. The champagne was great as well as the food that was offered. The seating was spacious and very comfortable. When passing the other busses that offer these types of tours I was sure that I made the right choice to pick the comfort and class of LeGrand. Thanks to the team behind this brilliant idea!

Highly Recommend - We went to celebrate my daughter's Birthday and I arranged in advance to bring on the cake and asked for the card to be given to her, but unfortunately there must have been some miscommunication between the staff, emails and Instagram and we were not sat in single seats with much smaller table, one in front and one behind, so were not able to eat the cake as we had planned and received no card. The staff realised how disappointed she was and gave us some free wine (although neither of us drink alcohol it was a nice gesture). The staff were kind and helpful, especially as we arrived last minute and they called me to find out where we were and help us find the bus! I understand as we were on the last minute we didn't have pick of the seats, but it meant all the other customers were sat together except us and I had to kneel on the floor to speak to my daughter and she has health issues and found it stressful and difficult to talk to me. We had hoped with them knowing it was a special occasion and bringing cake they would have kept us a sofa. Other than the seating issue, we did enjoy the actual bus tour and sights of London. I gave up with the audio. The bus was plush and new, clean and a nice red carpet on arrival, good for photos. The staff came and wiped the condensation off the window regularly so we could still see out as it was steaming up. On contacting this company after our disappointing tour, especially for the price which was very expensive for us, they have given the best customer service you could expect and hope for. They have been very caring and responsive and I would highly recommend you go on a tour with Le Grand. They do really want you have a good experience and build a good reputation :)

London sight seeing tour at night - Christmas lights? Not really! The positives - lovely staff, very comfortable, warm, and well laid out. Couldn’t fault our waiter, who was very attentive and very good at pouring bubbly on a moving bus! Negatives - very few lights to be seen, we were told that due to the traffic they stick to the main sights, however we had booked specifically for Christmas Lights, so we were left a little disappointed. Didn’t go along the obvious roads like Oxford St or Regents Street, Park Lane. Out of their control - traffic volume meant we were picked up about 30 mins late. Also we were stuck in traffic a-lot- i do get this was out of the control but perhaps could be factored in when planning xmas light routes? £175 for 2 people with a bottle of Prosecco was a bit over priced when very few lights were seen. Sorry for being negative but i think the advertising needs to reflect the tour, its a sights tour in the dark rather than xmas lights.

Christmas Lights Tour wasn’t worth it - I did the christmas lights tour. BARELY any lights to see. the tour headset wasn’t timed correctly, I was highly disappointed for the amount you pay.
