National history museum - This is very good,it was free and we booked in advance as it s very busy there. We managed to get in an hour early, this was on a Saturday . The place is everything for a kid ( or even an adult) with a passion for dinosaurs and history about evolution. I loved it,it was amazing. Lots of shops too,I really liked the Jurassic park shop. The only downside probably for it,it was very hot inside. I would advise to take some water and not to wear coats/ jackets.

Guess who’s back…back again…Dippy’s back…tell your friends! - Wonderful day for the whole family. Free, but if you can donate please do to keep this treasure going. To see the blue whale and Dippy was was great. Take a reusable water bottle and fill it up by the cafe for free. Will be back and would recommend.

Amazing - This museum was absolutely 10/10 loved every second of the visit. My eldest son was amazed by the dinosaur experience and loved seeing dippy. The queue to enter here was very long, so patience is virtue. Was well worth the wait.

Fun, educational and very disability friendly - I'd like to thank all the staff for their professional, friendly, kind, caring and efficient assistance you gave us on our visit on Wednesday 22nd September 2021. I have mobility issues and am a wheelchair user. We were never made to feel like a nuisance while being guided around and shown to the lifts. You have such a positive attitude towards disabilities, it made a fabulous and enjoyable visit even better. We spent over 4 hours there and still only saw less than half the attractions. We can not wait to visit again and and see all the other exhibits. 10 out of 10. We hope other visitors have the same enjoyable experience. Its definitely worth more than the reccomend £10 entrance donation. Thank you again. People are quick to complain but slow to praise.

AN INTERESTING VISIT - Visited London Natural Museum on 9 Aug 2022. The Museum exhibits a good collection of artefact and historical features about human being. Spent 2 hours enjoying the exhibition especially about dinosaurs Nippy and its history. However, due to summer holiday and over-whelmed tourist, it is hot and humid in the museum. No air-conditioning or ventilation is poor. So be prepared to where thinner clothing while visiting in summer. Above all, it is quite interesting to pay a visit here.

Very Disappointing visit. - On Monday August 8, 2022 we attempted to tour this museum. After less than an hour we had to leave because the air inside was so heavy with heat, humidity and human odour, we were having trouble breathing. Viewing areas were very crowded with people. The temperature outside was above 30C and inside the buildings, it was sweltering. Here and there were large fans but they did little to help the situation. There was even a queue of people standing in front of one of them waiting for a chance to catch the wind. From what we were able to view of the displays, I was very disappointed. A lot of the exhibits are in very poor condition and are in dire need of restoration and cleaning. Sorry to say that the experience in visiting that museum was awful.
