Highlights Well Worth the Time - Our guide covered famous and little know important works with a good dose of artism and history including importance to UK. She spoke clearly and loudly so we almost didn’t need the headsets. She extended to 1hr 15 to cover her material fully. The meet up instructions were a bit confusing. We missed our start but helpful staff at the NG took us to our guide in progress.

Late start to interesting tour - I found this tour on Trip Advisor. The tour was a typical highlights tour, led by an interesting and capable guide. I really enjoyed it. However, more than half the guests showed up after the starting time. Each time a new guest arrived, the docent had to take them back to the info desk to obtain the listening device. This happened about 6 times, which was very frustrating for those who arrived on time (or early). The tour finally started 16 minutes late.
