Great Tour - Very informative snap-shot tour of a very large art gallery. Group wasn't too big. Guide was well informed and easy to listen to.

Great Experience - We had a wonderful experience. Our tour guide, Sarah, was knowledgeable and possessed a genuine love for the art she was showing us. Her explanations helped us gain a deeper appreciation for the gallery.

Spacious splendor - We were blown away by the sheer scale of the National Gallery and its spacious galleries! It allowed us to comfortably enjoy masterpieces from different periods and styles side-by-side. From Van Gogh's vibrant brushstrokes to Da Vinci's delicate details, the diverse range of art on display is astounding. A must-visit for any art-loving couple.

Amazing! - The guide was very knowledgeable and passionate. I really enjoyed the tour. The gallery holds truly remarkable art. I loved the pieces and highly recommend it if you love arts from MichaelAngelo, Monet, Sorolla, Picasso, Van Gogh, Renoir and so many other legends.

Very nice gallery right on Trafalgar Square - It is a wonderful museum with great items to go and see. I highly recommend tying in this visit with going to the Portrait gallery on the same day. I cannot recommend enough to get timed tickets to get in. We waiting in line less than 2 min and others were without tickets were waiting much longer (1+hr).

Great tour but brief - Fantastic works of art. Our guide was extremely knowledgeable. My only criticism was that the tour only last exactly one hour. I thought it was supposed to go longer than that but I could be wrong. There were so many other artworks that I wanted to hear about. Easily should have been two hours.

A triumph of art and atmosphere - The building itself is a work of art, its stunning architecture and airy spaces fostering a contemplative atmosphere. We found ourselves lingering, discussing brushstrokes and historical context, swept away by the beauty surrounding us.

I am not satisfaied - On Saturday, December 10, I had purchased tickets to enter the National Gallery. However, a staff member informed me that I would have to wait in line with everyone else, which would take more than an hour. I showed him our tickets while I was actually standing next to the sign that said "Pre-Booked tickets," but he would not move or contact his supervisor. We all eventually just walked past him because another family group was experiencing the same issue and were getting very irritated. I felt sorry for the man because, in my opinion, he was merely carrying out bad instructions and had not been given proper training on how to access the Gallery. Employee knowledge needs to improve.
