Excellent guide! - Robert was wonderful! He was extremely knowledgeable, engaging and patient with our teenage kids. He made our first visit to the V&A enjoyable and memorable.

Wonderful experience at the V&A with Robert as our guide! - Since we weren’t sure what we most wanted to see, and with such a huge number of options, Robert curated some choice galleries and displays to share with us. He gave us interesting background and details that we would never have gotten from just reading on our own. He was wonderful, so knowledgeable, answering all of our questions as we went along. It was a delightful afternoon and we will try to get him again to share something different when we come back.

A wonderful tour guide - Robert was the best type of tour guide: friendly, engaging and highly knowledgeable. My wife and I spent three hours with him and, although this barely scratched the surface of the V&A, we were grateful for his great service. Next time we’re in London, we’ll be engaging him for all museum and gallery tours. Highly recommended.

Extraordinary! Mesmerizing! - It was was excellent! We enjoyed every minute of it. We were deeply impressed by our knowledgeable guide and the vivid way he brought the selected objects and the history and the stories behind them to life!

Very impelling - Our guide Robert was wonderful and very informative . He filled our hour and a half with interesting pieces of art in many different galleries. The rug was lite just as we were ending our tour.

What a tour! - Had a FANTASTIC tour of V & A with Robert Miller. He is unbelievably knowledgeable and made the most of our wee three hours in the enormous museum. One of the best guided tour I have ever taken.

Perfect tour guide for one of the most interesting and beautiful museums in the world. - We loved our tour with Robert Miller! This is our second time touring with him, and each time it has been perfect. His knowledge and enthusiasm of art and the V@A Museum, make him second to none. He knows every inch of the Museum and his enthusiasm, and appreciation for design, make him such a wonderful person to spend time with. No guide could possibly be better!!

Definitely worth the money! - Robert was phenomenal- His depth of knowledge regarding the numerous artifacts was astounding. It would have taken 8 hours to see what we saw in 3 hours.

Interesting to a novice - Just enough information to enjoy and a broad spectrum of items discussed. Robert could answer all our questions. Good detail of artefacts .Pointed out comparisons of marble statues.
