London eye river cruise - I had a blast , the tour was informative , entertaining and worth the money! Alan was a very charming tour guide ! I definitely recommend !

ben was cool - we saw many cool things and it was a smooth ride but the best thing was the guy telling us about the buildings and stuff it was super interesting and his jokes were top notch LOL he said his name was ben, he better get a raise for real

Alan river cruise - Alan the boat tour was brilliant very very good at his job deserves a payrise very bubbly and funny guy would recommend anyone to go on the cruise

Beware of the Tour operator! - Beware of this Tour Operator…choose another one, there are plenty of them. I was very disappointed with this tour operator. I was supposed to go the day after the Shutdown at Heathrow Airport. I had booked 4 tickets but two of us were diverted to Madrid and were not able to attend this cruise. I booked through Viator and I reached out to them to ask for a refund of two tickets. I was told they would request a refund and it was denied. All other tours, restaurants, hotels were accommodating and were able to amend, change and in two cases refund me. Why would this tour operator and/or Viator not be able to refund me? I was told the tickets were scanned, not all 4! even the Ritz Carlton was accommodating but not Viator or this tour operator. Will certainly rethink booking with Viator in the future. Very disappointed.
