Windsor worthy, but not the rest. - This was two separate tours, but that is not indicated by the operator until you get on the first bus although in this instance it was a good thing as the morning guide was very average (more interested in talking about himself & the 6 months of the year he lives in Florida)! Take note, Westminster Abbey in this instance is a 5 min stop across the road to take a photo! Not worth the money for 2 1/4 hours on the bus with this guide & 45 mins walking to & from the bus to take photos of Buckingham Palace & Westminster Abbey! All that being said, the afternoon Windsor tour was excellent as was our guide & definitely worth the trip.

Disappointing experience with tour guide's assumption - This review is for the afternoon tour, Windsor castle. My recent tour experience was unfortunately marred by the tour guide's presumptuous behavior. The guide asked others about where they were visiting from but skipped over us as if our nationality had already been confirmed. she assumed my family was from China and announced it to everyone as if it were true. We were the only Asians in the group. In fact we are neither from China nor Chinese. This assumption, while seemingly harmless, left us feeling excluded and uncomfortable. This lack of inquiry and sensitivity was disappointing and detracted from the overall experience. It's essential for tour guides to approach guests with respect and refrain from making assumptions based on appearance. Such behavior can alienate participants and diminish the quality of the tour. Despite the disappointing experience, it's worth noting that she possessed a wealth of knowledge and energy about the area we were touring. In the future, I hope she will be more mindful of cultural sensitivity and strive to create a welcoming environment for all participants. Improved awareness and professionalism can enhance the tour experience for everyone involved.
