Excellent Sherlock Holmes walking tour - Did the tour on Saturday, November 30. Fiona was our tour guide and she was excellent. I thought this would be a good, different type of tour to do and it did not disappoint. Got a lot of fun information on the shooting of the Sherlock series and movies. I really appreciated how they had stills from the shows/movies we could compare to the locations we were standing in. The entire tour was interesting and informative. Looking forward to doing another tour on a different movie/series next time I visit.

See and Observe with the Best!! - Steph was inviting, informative, and inspiring! We had a total blast exploring the streets of London and finding the places that breathed reality into the world’s most favorite fictional detective. I loved how there were locations from so many different versions of Sherlock, from the books to the shows to the movies. I also learned a lot about how scenes are shot and created. I recommend this tour to anyone of any level of fan.

She was knowledgeable about many versions of Sherlock films, TV series and the books, plus a whole host of other interesting history about the places we saw on the tour. She made the experience with her enthusiasm and humour.

Excellent 2 hour Sherlock Holmes walking tour - Our daughter bought this tour for my partner who is a massive fan of Sherlock Holmes and he wasn't disappointed. Our walking guide Jonathan was brill, you can feel his passion for the fictitious character Sherlock Holmes and the life of Sir Arthur Conan Doyle. The sights were amazing. Jonathan used pictures relevant to parts of both the film and TV series adaptation of Sir Arthur Conan Doyle's stories. He covers the first films with Basil Rathbone and the more up to date films with Robert Downey Jr also the TV series with Benedict Cumberbatch as Sherlock. He also added bits of information on British history along the way. The tour took about 2 hours. Starting point outside the Criterion Theatre, right outside Piccadilly Circus tube station. Finishing at Somerset House The Strand. To sum the tour up in one word - EXCELLENT.

Enjoyable couple of hours for any level of Sherlock fan - Probably the highlight of my trip! Our guide was Owen - he was warm, personable and funny. The trivia and information was engaging for new and classic Holmes fans alike. Our group had a diverse age and cultural range but everyone seemed to have a great time.

Very Disappointed. - We left this tour within the first 15 minutes as we realized it was seemingly about where certain scenes were filmed for the TV series and movie starring Benedict Cumberbach. We would have been more engaged had the tour guide introduced himself and given a preliminary overview of how our 90 minutes was to be spent...as other tour guides have always done. We have taken many tours! However, after a couple of stops near the Eros statue when he showed us pictures in his notebook and a couple of related building landmarks, he strode away down the very busy construction zone of Piccadilly without a backwards glance among us as we our goers mixed with the heavy crowd. Since we had no idea where he actually was (we had no sight of him) and no idea where he was going or where we would end up, or what to expect from the rest of the tour, we left, very disappointed.
