Making memories on the Thames - Travelling down the Thames with your friends, dancing to some of your favourite tunes, waving a passers by and taking snaps of famous landmarks is a great way to spend a Saturday night!

Fantastic - What an amazing experience Definitely will do it again. We we’re probably the oldest people on the boat, but had a lot of fun with the youngsters

Silent Disco - The silent disco was a great time with friends and great music! There are 3 levels on the boat, but the top floor is first come first serve with a limit on the number of people who can go up at a time. By the end of the party, there were people throwing up and crying because they had way too much to drink. Just be ready to experience it all!

A night club with a great view, but less comfortable. - I am a person who loves dancing and all activities on water, so when I found information about it, I booked a ticket as soon as I had a chance and I was really looking forward to it, but the whole experience was kind of a disappointment. First of all, the ticket says - arrive at least 30 minutes before boarding, it was not clear why, because we stayed on the pier till 18.55-19.00 without moving at all, eventually got on board around 19.20 and left the pier around 19.35. They were checking bags, etc, so it was moving slowly. I would prefer to spend this time differently and appear there for when the boarding is actually open. The boat is really crowded. You can't really dance there, you can move a bit. You can shake from one leg to another but that's about it. The floor on the top deck is artificial grass, that doesn't help. If you are with a group of people and if you all go to the top deck, then if you need to use a toilet or get a drink, once you go down, you can't return right away, you have to wait in a queue to get back which can take some time. The boat is moving veeery slow, which is understandable for safety reasons, but because of the speed, it takes about 4 hours and they don't sell any snacks/food, hot drinks, only alcohol, which means people get drunk quickly and you become very hungry at some point. There are almost no seats anywhere, so mind the fact you will have to stand the whole time which is about 5 hours in total including queueing. Also, after doing all the silent disco walking tours I had an impression it will be some kind of immersive experience (my mistake) where the whole ship would follow dancing instructions, interact with each other, etc. But it was just wearing earphones, switching between 3 channels, like you do with the radio and nothing else. One of the girls on deck got drunk and was vomiting, nobody cleaned the mess after her for a long time. There is no possibility to leave the ship, I think, there should be one stop 1/2 through the journey in case you don't want to go all the way back. If you are a group of people celebrating birthday or bridal shower, you will have fun as a company dancing, drinking and interact with each other. As a solo person, it's easier, faster and much more comfortable to get an uber boat for 10 pounds listening to your own playlist. Let people in, sell them a drink and switch on some music. Basically, it's a night club with a great view, but less comfortable. The staff was friendly, the DJs were good, but silent disco walking tours rule!

Confusing instructions meant we went to wrong pier - The before you go instructions had two piers to meet the boats. Unfortunately I read them incorrectly and we went to wrong pier. Only one pier is in use at this time of year so why it talks of two i do not know. Really sad to have missed the experience. Asked if we could have a credit to go towards booking again but flatly turned down. Hopefully they’ll amend their website so others do not do the same…

Terrible customer service - Terrible experience with the viator company. My partner and I pre booked several days before the event. We got severely ill and called in the morning of the day of the event to inform the company. They promised us that a refund is possible and then emailed us two days later that we can not get a refund. We have been juggled on the phone between several workers and asking us for proof that we were sick. We tested positive days after the cancellation and this just shows how this company only cares about making money and cannot handle the safety of other visitors. The company would not even try to reschedule our tickets.

DO NOT RECOMMEND PAYING IN ADVANCE WITH VIATOR. - I paid in advance through viator trusting their customer service guidelines but clearly there were none when i called twice letting them know we caught a cold before our boat ride and they did nothing, no compensation, no refund. nothing at all. horrible experience with viator i DO NOT recommend them at all. do not pay in advance in case anything inconvenient happens they will be of no help whatsoever.
