Great sites and handicap accessible! - Kevin our tour guide was exceptional. Very funny and knowledgeable! I’m disabled and use a mobility scooter, he and the driver (Greg) were attentive and helpful in loading and unloading my scooter at each site and helping me navigate the sometimes difficult terrain for a mobility challenged individual. Kevin clearly explained queue lines and ticketing needs at each venue. I’d highly recommend his tours.

Ben & Billy mad for an enjoyable time down history - I really enjoyed this trip. Our guide Ben (big Ben) was absolutely fantastic. He was funny and full of great history and stories. I learned a lot from him. But not boring at all. I wanted him to keep talking. I think it was just enough time at Stonehenge. Bath was beautiful. Just wish I had a bit more time. The driver, Billy, was excellent. Felt safe the whole time

Fabulous - The visits to both Stonehenge & Bath were historical. The tour gave sufficient time for both locations. The tour guide was knowledgeable & offered to take any questions from the group. It was a fabulous tour with my 21 yr. old grandson and his friend.

Amazing family day trip - Our tour guide, Angela was very informative and clever. She provided a sense of care for those on the bus by making sure no one was left in Bath. Ultimately we enjoyed every minute of our trip without any concerns. I would recommend this trip to any and all of my friends, family and colleagues. The driver, Sam was very efficient in taking us to both Stonehenge and Bath. He was timely in his arrival to both places and the ride was very smooth. I couldn't have asked for more.

Fantastic experience and 100% recommendation - Angela was a great guide. Her knowledge of the British history was remarkable. She pointed out lots of helpful options to choose from in Bath, too. Thanks to Sam for our safe bus ride.

. - Our tour guide Lizzy was bit mean. Threatening to leave us at the place if we don't come on time was plain rude. There are other ways to convey same sentiment, this was pure threat. She was also sarcastic when I asked if we were going to have a short break on 3 hour journey home. She laughed and said we will go Paris, have champagne etc. She didn't even answer it properly. Have some empathy for first timers visiting UK. Luckily the driver Greg agreed for a 15 minute break.

Great itinerary BUT very poor customer service! - The itinerary of the tour is well planned. There were clear instructions of what time we were expected to be back in the bus. The only and major downfall of this tour is the tour guide, Angela. Our driver, Sam, on the other hand, was nice and approachable. I have been on several Stonehenge day tours, as I routinely treat my friends and family who are spending their holiday in UK. This was the ONLY tour, since 2017, that we felt uncomfortable and ridiculed. First instance was when we passed by some interesting buildings, where my family was so excited to take photos and called me to look at the same direction. However, Angela, who was on the mic, told us off right away to not speak when she is discussing. And to rant about “respect.” We were not even talking loudly, it is just few seconds of them asking me to look at the same area where they are taking photos. Mind you that they are tourists, and having that excitement to see beautiful buildings of London but she ruined that experience by shutting them up in a rude manner. She demands for respect when she herself does not respect her guests! Secondly, this might be the worst encouter I had with a tour guide, when Angela told us off not to eat hot food in the bus. The local burger and small mango pie, were bought yesterday afternoon. These were even placed on the fridge in preparation for our snacks for the trip as there were no clear rules on the voucher and email that food is not allowed in the bus. It was not hot at all and does not emit any kind of smell, but for Angela, the moment she saw the burger, she immediately assumed it was from Mcdonalds and told us to go outside the bus and that we have 5 mins to eat it there. She said that even if the food is cold, but was prepared hot is still considered hot food, and that is NOT ALLOWED in the bus. Even if you are not eating it, it is still NOT ALLOWED to be brought inside. We would gladly understand this rule is she has informed us politely. But Angela was telling us off, not in a shouting manner but in a loud voice where other people can hear her. She is rude and inconsiderate of people wanting to have a bit of food in their stomach as we were starving. We haven’t had breakfast due to an early start and the time allotted for Stonehenge is not enough to have a quick bite for lunch; hence, we decided to eat our cold packed small burger and mango pie in the bus. Moreover, I was not able to eat my burger and pie as we were only allowed to have 5 mins outside the bus. With an infant to look after, it was not feasible for me to step out of the bus. Angela would rather prefer to starve us and wait for the next stop which is Bath (which took almost 2 hrs to travel) to let us eat. Sadly, she ruined the experience for us. Stonehenge and Bath are such beautiful places to visit! However, with such poor customer service, it has greatly affected our trip. We were so cautious on how to act with her, and the only time we had fun is when she is not around. I hope that she was just having a bad day, but if not, I do suggest to let her have a refresher training on how to give good customer service. I will still recommend tours from Evan Evans; but I will surely warn them about a tour guide named Angela.

Worst experience inUK - We were thrilled to experience seeing Stonehenge and Bath city in person. However, the whole experience was greatly stained by Angela, our tour guide. Indeed, she is knowledgeable and shared a lot of key information about the trip but it was coupled with a poor character. She showed passive aggressive attitude towards us, her customers. We chose and paid Evan Evans Tours, with full confidence that we will have a nice and positive memorable experience but it was the complete opposite. We have been touring UK for almost two months now, and this was the only time we felt disrespected. She clearly does not reflect the values of your company and has tainted your reputation in our eyes. I will not recommend this agency to my family, relatives and friends that are coming soon to UK, to prevent them from encountering her.
