Swifty Fun! - Really fun experience. The staff & bus driver were so friendly. The lady asked my niece's favourite Taylor song & played it for her & even swapped wrist bands with her at the end. We booked the 6pm tour and saw London at dusk & took some magical photos of the Thames as the sun was settling. Someone commented on their review that it was expensive - it is, but well worth a light hearted bus journey with other Swifties. If you're thinking of booking, remember cash tips for the staff - they are split between the driver too & are very well deserved.

Great fun! - Great fun on the afternoon tea bus. Taylor Swift music, lovely food and attentive service. The afternoon tea was nice and there was a good selection of sandwiches and cakes. Couldn’t eat it all and they offered a takeaway box.
They accommodated a gluten free child with no problem at all. Would recommend.

Taylor swift afternoon tea was so yummy and felt like royalty - This was such an amazing experience for me and my daughter who loves Taylor Swift so much , sings all the songs it was a 15th birthday suprise and wow it was out of this world , the staff were amazing Aisha and Raja were fantastic made the experience so much fun and so kind and helpful a big thank you to Lalit our driver for the day very cheerful and knowledgeable
Thank you it was a day we will remember forever xx

THIS WAS INCREDIBLE! - We booked this to kick off our weekend in London while seeing Taylor Swift on her Eras Tour, and this tea bus ride (other than the show) was probably our favorite part of the trip. The outside of the bus is adorable, it’s pink and decorated with a tea pot. They provided friendship bracelets, pastries, fingerling sandwiches, and both iced and hot beverages. The bus took us on a sightseeing tour of London (just about 2 hours) while playing Taylor’s music. It was a great way to see the city. I couldn’t have imagined a more perfect pre-game to the Eras Tour.

SO GOOD!!! - The food was very good!! It was very entertaining!!! Raja, Ameen and Fernando were great hosts. They granted our song request. But we would recommend if the songs were more mainstream or were from her ERAS TOUR setlist/playlist.
Overall, it was realllllyyyy fun!!! And one for the books! 🫶🏻

Customer service! My original tea bus got canceled due to unforseen circumstances and golden tours reached out to get me scheduled on a new bus. I also was upgraded to top floor ( not sure if that was because of the reschedule or that my bus wasn't sold out by either way I appreciated it)
Staff on the tea bus - Abisola took great care of everyone. She was kind and took pics for everyone. Brock was a good driver navigating London traffic.
Food - i thought there was the perfect about of food without being stuffed. The mini donuts and honey sauce were my fav.
Vibe - the vibe was fun and it was a nice relaxing way to see the city. Also they surprised everyone with a friendship bracelet. Bus is really cute!
Cons:
I thought the music could have been curated better. In only 2 hrs we heard shake it off and yntcd twice. Also no London boy or so long London??? It might have just been my tour but I had hoped more people would be singling along, but it was kind of an empty mid week day.
The souvenir cup is nice quality but not swiftie related, just the generic golden tour cup.
Overall I recommend the tour. It was enjoyable and a nice break from long days of walking around London.

Expensive and unorganised - My granddaughter loved the afternoon tea, I felt a bit underwhelmed and felt staff could have been a bit happier and more friendly.
As it was a themed event I would have thought apart from the music and cake toppers there may have been more interaction with the staff.
In fairness we did have a beaded bracelet dropped in front of us with name of one of Taylor’s albums on it.
4 * given because my granddaughter had a nice time but don’t think I would bother again at nearly £113:00 for one adult and child
Seating could have been organised better, I was sat with a child and another woman was sat with a child half way down the bus, but we weren’t allow to swap seats so the girls could get excited together. Especially as the 2 adults opposite us on the table for 4 had 2 other friends who got sat elsewhere in the bus and there were 2 women who couldn’t even sit together.

Fun - This was such a fun thing to do and our hostesses were really lovely. Would have been nice to hear about the sights at the same time but we didn’t have comments which was ok coz it was what we expected. Was a fun one off experience and really well organised.
Not a sightseeing thing necessarily but fun nonetheless

Let down last minute - We booked the Taylor swift theme bus for my daughters birthday on her 18th birthday. We booked at least 4 weeks in advance. I recieved a call with 24hrs notice to say they had downgraded the premium seats I had booked to upper deck seats. I was told I'd get a refund for the difference. Then with further probing by myself was told I would be on a normal tea bus and no longer Taylor swift theme. Again I had to probe for more info. I was told Taylor theme was not popular. I requested a full refund and had no choice but to make last min alternative plans. I would recommend only booking if not a special occassion to avoid being let down as we was. Very poor!

Don’t bother booking, total shambles ! - Myself and my two young granddaughters attended this tour in London on Saturday. To say we were dissatisfied is an understatement !!
We arrived early as stated in the terms and was first on the bus. We were then told we were on tables 4 & 5 ?! I questioned why we were on 2 tables as I had 2 minors with me. I was told the bus is full and that’s where you have to sit.! I refused, as this would mean that we were not going to enjoy the experience together. Plus they are under 16. I was told again by 2 aggressive women that’s all they had as the bus was full! Again I said well split somebody else then who is older. This was refused. My granddaughters didn’t even want to participate as one was on a table of foreign strangers. And we sat with another woman and her elder daughter. Sharing food with complete strangers is also very confusing and unhygienic.
