As you sail from Tower Pier to Westminster, enjoy your lunch served with tea or coffee while witnessing the stunning London’s landmarks from a unique water perspective. Be mesmerized by the sights of The Shard, the London Eye, Big Ben, among others. Additionally, should you feel like it, drinks can be purchased from the bar onboard.
Please be ready to board at 11:30AM as we depart promptly at 11:45AM.

Wonderful lunch cruise - I booked this as a birthday gift for my sister and it was absolutely wonderful the food was superb and the crew were very attentive. The captain's commentary on the trip was great informative and funny would definitely recommend it was a lovely afternoon.

Very ordinary lunch - Lovely spot beside the lake and staff were friendly and attentive. The food was a different story. My lunchtime rump steak, salad and chips very disappointing. The steak was a puffed up lump burnt on the outside and under cooked on the inside, the salad consisted of a small pile of limp salad leaves and a small dob of dressing and the rest of the plate was filled with chips. My friend had vegetarian pizza which was also disappointing a sao thin burnt base with slices of zucchini and a few cubes of feta cheese. Very unappetising. Might be sometime before I try it again.

Good experience. Terrible company - This experience was great. The cruise was wonderful. Food delicious. The tour itself was great! My only recommendation: DO NOT BOOK THIS THROUGH VIATOR. I booked this through Viator when I received a $25 off coupon. The coupon did not work and I contacted customer service. They didn’t know why it wasn’t working and said they would charge the regular price then refund me the $25. 3 weeks after booking, and the refund was not reflected on my account. Went on the trip and returned home, still no refund reflected. And when I contact Viator they keep saying they escalated it and someone will contact me. This has been their response for 3 weeks now and still no one contacted me. So book this trip through city cruises (the company that runs this cruise) or another third party. But not Viator.

Great experience on the cruise - It was our 30th anniversary of leaving secondary school and we decided to hang out together. We had great lunch in the cruise and time to catch up. The highlight was taking pictures with my friends on the boat top. The boat ride was good. My friend all had sweal time

Little food and simple with a nice boat ride - Little food, regular service and lots of people, the best thing was to be able to take a nice boat ride and see hard to reach places in London from the river

We were told btly staff that we should have booked directly with river cruise company to get a food option - No option to select a meal.
Had to accept what was available.

Okay! - The service was slow and we did not get a window seat so was not able to see the view as well or make good videos. The commentator was excellent, the historical information was delivered with some comedy.
