Don't miss this High Tea - I purchased this Thames River Cruise High Tea as a gift for friends visiting London. They said it was the best experience. Delicious, abundant food. Gorgeous scenery.

Holiday afternoon tea on the Thames - Took this cruise with my husband and daughter on our quick holiday trip in London before we went to Ireland to visit family for Xmas and New Years. It was a great excursion!

Clare&Mike. - Brilliant experience, the guide(although he refused to be called one) was fantastic.

Rainy afternoon tea but wasn't spoilt by the rain - The Tea was lovely! We had a great day ... just it could of been a little more attentive with a refill.of tea and seeing if everything was OK...
The weather was grizzly but it didn't spoil the trip . You could see all of the tourist spots and get good photos xx

Ask for extra of what you... - Ask for extra of what you like as the staff are unable to change the selection. Get there early so that you can order your drinks. Cakes weren't as good as the scone.

Expensive 1.5 hour experience. Not worth the price! - This cruise is an expensive way to experience afternoon tea and the Thames. The boat and staff are nice. The pastries and sandwiches were fine. The price is expensive for the 1.5 hour experience. I would not recommend this experience for friends visiting London. Take a Uber boat for the river experience and find a nice hotel for afternoon tea.

Rude service - ticker price does not include good customer service - Absolutely unaccomodating, rude staff and mediocre food! We paid full price for our tkts booked 2 mths ahead. Upon boarding quite early in the line, we were seated on the inside. When we requested window seating (which was available) we recieved a very rude and abrupt response from our usher that window seats cost extra. After a few minutes, we see a single person being showed to the same window seat. This person seemed like a last minute entry on the cruise and was allowed a window seat, which we were rudely and sternly denied. Very disappointing and even after paying 56pounds per tkt!! Food was nothing great either. Guess for good customer service, we need to pay extra!
