Clare&Mike. - Brilliant experience, the guide(although he refused to be called one) was fantastic. When I put stuff on Tripadvisor I always ask myself this question. Would you do this again....in a heartbeat.

Very enjoyable!! - It was a great experience! The boats lower level is fully enclosed but has full length windows all around, so drizzly conditions (at least to start) were not a problem. The view was breathtaking, especially the Tower Bridge when lit up at night. The food was very tasty, plenty of sweet goodies! I would recommend it.

A different way to enjoy high tea. - I chose high Tea on the Thames. The Tower Dock is easy to get to by Uber. Secure access to the boat snd the dining room was elegantly decorated. Tea choices were offered then scones, tea sandwiches & sweets were served. I was a solo diner and received enough for two. After tea, I walked upstairs and eenjoyed views of London Bridge, Tower of London & the smooth boat ride.

It is a YES! Sit by a window. - Looking for a place to do High Tea and don’t have enough time to book the expensive 5* London Teas? Or have a husband that is not into High Teas? Then this is your stop. The tea fare was commendable, the views and commentary were delightful. Excellent for couples that might not usually pick to do a tea. Views from the Thames were memorable. Tea and Thames in London! (Bring cash for tip money)

Ask for extra of what you... - Ask for extra of what you like as the staff are unable to change the selection. Get there early so that you can order your drinks. Cakes weren't as good as the scone.

A tasty trip on the Thames - If you have never been to London, then I think it is mandatory during the first visit to have afternoon tea. And what better way to do it than a relaxing cruise on the famous Thames through the most iconic settings that London has to offer1 This short trip is a well-orchestrated, delicious experience that ended all too soon. One thing that stood out was the extra effort made to accommodate one of our party who, through no fault of their own, was unable to express a vegan preference prior to the experience. The staff was able to arrange suitable fare on the spot which made the trip more enjoyable for our whole party.

Expensive 1.5 hour experience. Not worth the price! - This cruise is an expensive way to experience afternoon tea and the Thames. The boat and staff are nice. The pastries and sandwiches were fine. The price is expensive for the 1.5 hour experience. I would not recommend this experience for friends visiting London. Take a Uber boat for the river experience and find a nice hotel for afternoon tea.

A great way to view the highlights of London! - The views from the boat were wonderful! The seating was comfortable and service on the boat was very good. The sandwiches were not fresh though. The bread was dry and hard. The dessets served were tasty and with a good assortment offered. The teas were good with a nice assortment offered. No extra food was available so what you are served is all that you can have.

Lacked the finesse I thought would be present for Afternoon Tea - We were prepared for the trip and arrived early to join a short line. When we were brought on to the boat for seating, I asked if it was possible for us, as a couple, to sit by the window. I was informed that those seats were reserved for other guests. If I had been aware that I could request preferential seating ahead of time, I would have done so. Unfortunately, the hostess was in no way apologetic with the dismissal of my request.
