Heritage Walking tour - Today me and my son took the Heritage walking tour. This was a very interesting and informative couple of hours investigating the areas around the stadium. This is a must do if you’re interested in the club’s history. Although I would consider myself fairly well informed I still learned lots of new facts & could put context to locations I’d blissfully walked passed many times on match days. The tour was delivered with knowledge and passion for the club, good job 👍🏻

Amazing experience - Went with my 10 year old for the stadium tour. What an amazing experience. You get given a Device and head set to guide you around which means you can go at your own pace and can take it in, better than a guided tour in my opinion. Each area has a member of staff to guide you of needed and to provide further information, and they're always willing to take photos of you. The stadium is amazing and the areas you access are so interesting!! Day made even better when bumping into Spurs legend Gary Mabbutt who is an absolute gent and has time for you. Amazing day!

Great memories - My first time at the new stadium and I took my two boys (even though they are Middlesbrough fans) and their cousins (Spurs fans).
Thoroughly enjoyed every minute of it. From the great history of the club to now.
Brought back so many happy memories from when I used to go to The Lane to watch us play and win trophies.

Fun and overall great experience! - Wow! Such a good experience, great tour. As a spurs fan I enjoyed this so much. Informative and fun. Also got to meet a spurs legend whilst at pitch side! The one and only Micky Hazard!

Great - Did this with my 15 year son, what an amazing experience. You get access to so many areas inc dressing rooms, dugouts , stadium bowl, press room , NFL locker room. It is a self guided tour with a device and headphones so you can do it at your own pace but tour guides who are extremely knowledgable are available at all points of the tour to answer questions, and generally help . They are also more than happy to took photos of groups so no one misses out on being in photos.

This is now the BEST of all UK stadium tours! - I can say that with some confidence as I have done all the main ones, some of them more than once. I last visited the new Tottenham stadium in 2019 - at that time, in common with all other clubs except one, they operated tours in groups with tour guides, and this worked well. The exception was Arsenal who have always offered a very good self-guided tour with a handset and earphones. Without exception, all tour guides poured scorn on Arsenal for “not even giving you a proper guide.” And, to be fair, Tottenham were more scornful than most!
However, fast-forward to the present day and there has been a big rethink. Learning the lessons of Covid, and with other considerations in mind as well, Tottenham have developed a really well thought-out self-guided tour, using an idiot-proof handset with plenty of easy-to-choose options, and proper headphones rather than the little things you have to put into your ear (many are not too comfortable with these). A tourguide gives an initial welcome and introduction, then leads you to the start-point and sets you on your way. The tour is well signposted and there are friendly, knowledgeable and approachable staff in every area to keep you right and provide further info if needed.
Most people take around 90 minutes on the tour but, if you are short of time and need to scoot round in an hour or less, no problem. On the other hand, if you wish to linger and take your time, like my teenage grandsons, you are more than welcome.
To sum up, this is a seriously impressive stadium and a first-class visitor experience.

The guides made the tour so good - I’ve done a lot of these stadium tours and what stands out to me here is the friendliness of the guides.
Shoutout to Joey who hyped us up at the start, Martin Murphy who patiently answered many questions for me and David Barrett who waved and called me over for a chat about Irish sports. Friendly and top class guides. It was interesting to see the American football dressing room
Lots of stadiums have impressive facilities but Tottenham have the best guides !

A Once in A Lifetime Experience - Being at the stadium was a life long dream. The place was clean, beautiful and larger than life. I was hoping to see the players changing room, but that wasn’t part of my tour package.
The club store was amazing and the staff were so helpful. Everyone provided an excellent service.
Come on you Spurs!
