She answered all my questions and was patient and polite. She pointed out different spots on our tour that we would have just walked by if she was not there to point them out. Worth every penny! Don’t forget to tip!

Well worth the money. - Guide (David, ex-BBC reporter) was knowledgeable and personable. Meeting was easy, right by the entry gate on the North side of the Tower of London Shop. Had a vox box and earpiece for the guide to communicate with. Entry is via the queue, but goes quite quickly. The tower has tons to see, and this tour, while comprehensive, merely scratches to surface of what there is to see in totality. It covers the essentials and briefs you on the other items around…and it’s very useful to have someone who can answer questions and assist with direction for what to do after the tour. Easy hint, inside the jewel house, both sides of displays have similar views, and even if you HAVE to see all sides, the “back” is often quieter, and an excellent way to easily read the duplicated display data cards and take a closer look at the design or craftsmanship without the straining or jostling in the herd. If taking the cruise afterwards, the Greenwich option is underplayed, and return via TfL is easy enough.

Kim was a great teacher and answered all questions. - Kim was very knowledgeable and helpful for the entire group. His education background was evident and he tried to remember everyone’s names. He was great. Small group was easy for him to maintain and he counted us and kept us together.

Great experience, highly recommend! - Meetup was simple. The provided headphones were very helpful to have as we walked along as a group so we didn’t miss a word. Our guide Paul was very knowledgeable and a great storyteller. He immediately took us to the line for the Crown Jewels and we only had to wait minutes vs what surely would have been an hour or more later in the morning. The tour was the perfect amount of time and we were then left to explore further on our own. I had considered a privately led tour and glad I didn’t spend the money on it- the group was small enough and Paul was accessible enough that it essentially felt private!

Wonderful - The tour guide provided a good overview of the towers where the kings, queens, prisoners, and others lived and time to meander through the Crown Jewels. The Cruise was taken the next day and the "skipper" was informative while a bit of fun "facts"!
