Tour was great as was the guide - John, the guide, was very knowledgeable and funny.
Tour was long enough but not overwhelming.
The meeting with the Beefeater was great. Also, quite funny and very entertaining.
Then you can go on your own and see other parts not covered in the tour.
Recommend this for all ages.

Ben’s interesting tower tour - Learning about all the events that happened inside the tower. Seeing the Crown Jewels. Meeting and speaking with a Beefeater. Ben our tour guide was delightful and courteous. Even his jokes were funny because they were so “pun”ny.

Memorable experience worth the extra money for VIP access. - Our guide John was very knowledgeable and entertaining. The time with the Beefeater was short but informative and the experience overall was very memorable. The real value of this tour was the ability to get access to the Crown Jewels and castle seamlessly. We booked an early time slot which I would highly recommend as the grounds were teeming with people wishing an hour of our arrival.

Very informative - Meeting with the Beefeater. Very historic. Would highly recommend. Our guide told us exactly what to see within the Tower of London once to tour was completed.

A must see - It is an amazing site with an unbelievable history. Our guide could not have been more knowledgeable and kind. We also had an opportunity to hear from the Yeoman Warder Andy who was so entertaining.

Late and missed our VIP Tour of Tower of London ! - We were 10 minutes late for our your that we paid d a lot of money for- and there was no way to catch up or contact the tour guide in time- by the time they responded back it was too late! Traffic and rainy weather was terrible and we were sorry we were late
A very nice lady from Celebrity took us into her group- thank God do we did get to see things and completed a tour of the Tower of London and queens jewels but we overpaid - we showed Our leader what we had signed up for with Viator and she was shocked at the amount we paid and then our whole group knew and so we felt scammed a bit as we went through the tour with them all - they wondered why we paid so much- for what? It seemed this person was doing the same- she ended up being very nice, knowledgeable, funny and easy to be with.
We booked 5 tours with Viator that week and had a few problems- it has to be easier to communicate with you especially when you are spending a lot for private tours
