Great Experience - This was better than expected. I did know the size and the details of what the tour offered. The bus trip was on time and in great conditions. Once you arrive to the studios you have to pay attention to the time because you can loose track of time inside. Great for fans.

10/10 would recommend the Harry Potter Tour - Warner brothers studios is absolutely amazing!!! My husband and I loved this experience. It was nice having a preset ride there but it did constrict our time inside. We finished it all in that time frame but depending on the depth you want to go into looking at everything and the size of your group this may not be the best option for you. I would be mindful of the pickup spots are even near you because if not you have to add the cost of an Uber or time to walk to the meeting point which may not make it worth while this worthwhile and you may be better off just getting it online through the website.

A real experience for fans of the films - It was an incredibly beautiful tour through the 25 stops of the studio tour. And was also extremely fun to see the utensils known from the movies like this.

Choose someone else to take you to Warner Bros Studio Harry Potter Tour - I don’t remember the name of either driver but both of them rapidly stopped and went in the traffic so the ride was very bumpy. They also tried to hard to make people laugh or increase enthusiasm in a way that was cringe. The driver on the way back told a woman that her wristband was invalid and not for the return time listed due to a computer error, and kept doubling down on it while she got worried and a line was forming behind her with people all waiting to board. Then the driver said he was just messing with her and to get on, so it was probably a really weird and cringe attempt at flirting. We got dropped off at a different location listed from what was on our ticket but there was zero communication or warning about that. Also, all the USB charging ports on the bus that we tried were broken and did not work, and we tried 6 different seats. There were spots in some rows to plug in a full charger but not sure if they worked.

Only a great option if the studio tickets are sold out - I'm glad this tour was available because I left it too late to get tickets directly from Warner Bros. All you get is a ride to the studio on what I grant is a very nice coach. When we arrived, our guide provided no particular context, directions or information other than what time we needed to be back on the bus, which just about gave us time to do the tour and browse the gift shop. If I had planned further in advance I think we would have been better off buying the studio tour tickets directly and taking the train from London.

Disappointed by some bus and time wasted in traffic jams. - Not very smart to leave by bus from the city center trapped in traffic jams when it would be much more convenient to get out of London by tube then take a bus to go to the studios. And check out the cute double-decker bus with Harry Potter specific decor from Warner Studios. Well, it won't be yours, it'll be a commonplace bus without a floor.
