Great experience! - A great experience for Harry Potter enthusiasts or not!
We spent a day full of magic and surprises!
The studios are very well organized to enchant us during our visit.
Very good transport organization also. (Specify may be the meeting place, if not perfect). The weather on site is a little fair if we really want to go deeper but we were able to see everything anyway by taking many photos. We will have to go back for the details!

A great option if tickets aren't available otherwise - Booked this one because I wasn't able to book direct tickets to the HP studios directly. The tour operators are very responsive to messages, and quite helpful. I did the 2:30 timeslot, and the drive down was fair. I would have liked a little bit more time to explore the studios, but I think the time allotted is reasonable for a tour that includes transport.

Harry Potter Tour is amazing - The Harry Potter tour is amazing! The museum is well worth the money. But be aware the bus was VERY hot on the way there and did not have WiFi as advertised.

Fun time with good transportation - We did the Warner Bros. studio, Harry Potter tour with transport from London, the transportation was comfortable and clean. Communication was lacking as we understood that we would be taking the same bus home and left some snacks in a bag on the bus but we had a completely different bus on the way back. The tour itself it Warner Brothers Studios was amazing, the tour company was timely and although it seemed like a lot of people did not make the return bus we left on time and made it back in an hour instead of an hour and a half as expected. We would definitely recommend this tour company again.

Harry Potter awesome tour company horrible - Coach was very hot and disorganized. No AC. People were dumping water on themselves. Very poor.
Harry Potter experience was great but the tour company made the experience difficult to enjoy.

Great tour, unpleasant bus ride - 1. the bus ride was hot and uncomfortable. The bus needed to be air-conditioned and the ride was very hot and stifling. For a minute the air conditioning did go on, however, the bus driver shut it off for some reason. It was very hot and uncomfortable the whole hour trip both ways. 2. when we were coming back from the tour, we couldn’t find the bus. It had no markings on it indicating Evan’s tours and many people who didn’t speak English were having trouble finding the bus as were we who did speak English. I would suggest having the tour guide be more communicative about the markings on the bus or the number of the bus when we leave or putting it on the green wristband so that people can know which bus to choose when they come back., The Harry Potter tour itself was wonderful. A little bit crowded in there, but that was to be expected, but we had a great time. If not for the bus ride I would’ve given five stars, but the bus ride was very uncomfortable and on a bus with seniors and children that just isn’t OK. I’m from the United States and air conditioning is mandatory on a hot day like that so I would not recommend this tour again for that reason.

no air conditionning - This was the worst bus ride I ever had, there was no air conditionning on the bus to go on JULY 30. Unable to open any windows !!! It was around 28 C outside even worst inside the bus. For the return the guy from Evan Evans told us that the problem was solve but before we leave he got out the bus and we never saw him again... and guess what, the problem was the same !!! This was a very experience...
