Highly recommend Harry Potter Day Tour - This is a great tour / you have a good 3 hours of the set with special affects. The tour is well organised in two parts with a chance to have a drink or something to eat halfway. The souvenir shop is well stocked but expensive.

Potter-riffic - The dragons. Harry casting the Patronus charm. Also the architectural schematics were great. The tour set up was efficient and told the behind the scenes story as well as the magic behind the magic. The creation of characters, models, sets, and cgi effects were all amazing.

Starting point well... - Starting point well communicated. Bus was a little late leaving but traffic was light out to the studios. Studio tour was crowded but manageable. Loved the Harry Potter details and inside information on the making of the movie. Good food available at the studios. Comfortable bus service back to London. The ending time was NOT communicated until we got to the studios. Plan on slightly under 6 hours from start to finish of the entire trip.

Great day!!! - Was a fantastic tour! Could have spent much longer than four hours there. Our bus driver was very engaging and entertaining even though a highway closure made it almost impossible to reach our destinations but improvised and saved the day!!!

Great experience - Kids loved the tour. Travel accomodations were great except for the hot bus when the tour was completed.

Superb Customer Service - My wife and I were going on an early morning booking upon arriving in London and storing our luggage. However, our departure was delayed 60 mins and we arrived too late to join our excursion. Upon contacting the company through the Viator App, they responded quickly and allowed us to join the next departing group without any hassle. We enjoyed the Studio Tour and found it interesting to compare to our times at the Harry Potter sections of Universal Studios in Orlando.

Not enough time - The place is amazing! But it takes more than 3 hours to see. We had Harry Potter fans in our group, and we wanted to see everything with details. We did not have time to eat, nor wonder around the shop. The bus ride was ok. At the end we rushed through the second part of the tour and were told that we could stay longer and take the next bus, but we would have had to make a super long line to go back.

Great time - Great time - but eat before or after you go. The line and wait time is crazy and it’s pricey. The tour was great though.

Day at Studio Harry Potter - A great day! Departure by bus to the Royal Hotel. You have to count one hour out and one hour back. For precision, we chose to do it in the morning so departure at 8am. The park is easily done in 3-4 hours. The small downside, we had a lambda bus with only a simple magnetized sheet marked Studio Harry Potter while there are custom double decker buses. Regarding the park, even if we are not a fan, (it is not my case:) ), we are completely immersed in this universe! Advice, and this is only my opinion, avoid the restaurant Flunch style, dear, friends had warned us so we had a good breakfast at the Hotel. We had taken a milk chocolate in cups , excellent!! Shop level, I expected better, lots of clothes and exorbitant prices. But, I still brought myself a wand;) In short, go for it!! It's to do...

Just an entrance ticket and a simple ride to venue - Warner Brothers Harry Potter Experience was excellent but the company used to transport is less than desirable. Premier was the company and they simply provided a ride to the Warner Brothers studio (July 28th ‘12:15pm tour)The driver was unfriendly and when I came back to the coach 15 minutes early he simply pointed for me to go wait somewhere else. I have never been turned away when the driver is onboard. He was also asked questions by other passengers and his response was direct but rude. When we got to the studios he parked three lots away from the entrance and his colleague had to walk out to meet us for ticket distribution. So may rating is due to the company providing the “ride” to the studios.
