Amazing Afternoon For The Whole Group - While I don’t know that paying for a company to get you there is strictly necessary because you could have just taken a train and to the town where the studios are and then a taxi from there, it was nice to have it all done for you and not have one more thing to figure out. The guided tour at the studious was amazing! It’s the first one we have done as a family and because we were a group of 8 we had the guide just for our family. Having someone who was so knowledgeable about all the little details of the movie franchise brought a whole new appreciation for the movies. I would also note that in our group we had an age range from 5 to over 65 and everyone truly LOVED the experience. Additionally my mom had never read the books or seen the movie and she still thoroughly enjoyed the tour. So while it was quite pricey and you could enjoyed the tour without a guide, which we did because you can go back in for free after the guided tour, I would say for us the experience was worth the price. Granted that could depend on the guide you get but all the staff there seemed just as friendly and knowledgeable as our guide. A few other notes. While the food was not terrible it was quite pricy and really not good so plan on maybe bringing your own because we did 4 hours of guided tour and went back through ourselves and still know there was more we could have spent time on. We were there for almost 10 hours total. So again while it was pricey I have no regrets.

Magical - I initially booked the self guided tour and the realized I booked the wrong dates and the only option left was the guided tour. But what a better experience we had because we got the guided, props were brought up a little closer and the personal behind the scenes stories. Matt our guide was excellent and very accommodating in guiding us through the back so we could skip the intros again so we could go around again!

You’re a wizard, [Insert Name Here] - Be aware that the tour starts with a guide whose job is just to get you to the start of the studio tour and hand you off to a guide at the site. They’ll provide tickets for the train from Euston Station and babysit you until you get on the bus at Watford Junction. Now, our initial guide was good, but Jacqueline, who did the studio tour, was great. And the exhibits are all any even casual fan could wish for. A full-sized dragon, the sets for the Great Hall, a full-size replica of 4 Privet Dr. that you can enter, literally thousands of props. One item toward the end left me amazed. I won’t spoil it though. Adding to the joy is the knowledge that these were sets, props, and costumes used in the film. If you care about this franchise, go. Jacqueline had stories for all the stops, and allowed free-time on appropriate occasions to let you wander a bit and soak it all in.

BAD Third Party Experience - Loved the Tour with the Warner Bro. Employee/Staff Member. But booking through Viator and using the third party just to get us from one train station to another and on a transfer bus was a waste of money. Process was unorganized, train was super crowded, our group was completely spread out on the train, operator was not keeping track of the group getting on and/or off. For the money, I’d rather book direct through Warner Bro. If it were an option.

Terrible Booking - Yesterday my party of 7 (including a 5 year old boy) arrived at our meeting point for the Fully Guided Tour of Warner Bros Studio Tour London – The Making of Harry Potter to find that your representative had no record of our confirmed booking. Not only that but she said it was not the fault of her company but Viator, and that I would have to contact them for resolution. I had received full confirmation of the booking, I arrived on time and at the designated place and NO ONE in your company tried to assist me. I further wasted 80 pounds of transportation costs. While I am now told I will receive a full refund, the whole day of our schedule was wasted because of your incompetency. I was told I could receive a discount on a future tour but why would I want to subject myself to another disappointing experience with your company. So glad you ruined my five year-old grandson’s tour. SHAMEFUL!!!
