Fantastic Experience - It was great having a live guide, although expensive we got to ask lots of questions and get extra details. We also got priority access to the Hogwarts Express, 4 Privet Drive the greenhouses and a look up close at the props kept behind the barrier. Our group had only 5 people which was great and Hayley was fantastic with our over excitable son. When we accessed for the 2nd time Hayley took us behind the scenes to drop us off straight at the broomsticks where we wanted to go.

Perfect Harry Potter - Regardless any poor reviews it is easy to find the initial rally point. Train delays or bus timing aside as public coordinated transit went well. The initial guide managed the small group through transit and coach easy return on your own clock all the way up to the last departing bus from the studio. The WB Tour Guide had a group of 8 but it ended up just being a small handful which made it more personal vs 8 people. Hayley was our WB guide - Amazing. Pass gave us re-admission and we did all the extras not covered during the 4 hours of tour and flexible 30-60 min lunch break - a group consensus. This was by far a relaxed and easy to go experience. Wear walking shoes! Wonderful … recommend highly!

Very good and well organized tour - City Wonders only "delivers" people to the Warner Bros guides but they were organized and clear on their instructions upon meeting and were with us all the way to the Warner Bros. Once in Warner Bros, we got handed over to our studio guides which then split the group to reasonable size (maxs 8 as indicated in the trip advertisement). Our guide (Alex M.) was very good and knowledgeable. He knew lots of production information, clarified small details from the film and explain facts that I would never had guessed by my own. After the guided tour, the guides let you back in again so you can explore and check in more detail your favourite parts (that you could not do during the guided tour as in a guided tour you won't have the time to stand on some lines for special CGI photos/videos since guides need to follow a pace to be able to finish according to the planned time). Overall, I recommend the overall tour and especially the guided tour at Warner Bros Studios. This last one is really important if you want to get all the info/details/secrets from Harry Potter movies production and filming.

Easily in the top 10 days of my life!! - The support getting on the train and to the tram to the studio was appreciated. The tour when we were at HP was phenomenal! It was easily the best day of our entire trip. Josh was super knowledgable and shared a ton of "behind the scenes" information. He also pulled various props and showed them to us while explaining their significance in the movies. If you're questioning if the money is worth the tour, it is 100%!!!

Private Harry Potter Warner Bros Tour - The Harry Potter tour is an amazing experience for anyone! Whether you’ve seen the movies, read the books or first time getting into Harry Potter, it’s a great time for all. Meeting our tour guide was super simple and the train ride was about 15 minutes followed by a double decker for 10 minutes. Rachel C. @ Warner Bros was SO fun and had so much details about everything.

Nothing special - There was nothing additionally special about the tour, you could do the booking by yourself with WB. The guide was just there to take us in train to WB and tell us how to come back. When we gathered at the Euston station, it was not easy to find the guide, and also, it was very noisy and she was making no efforts whatsoever to speak in such a way that we could lister to her properly. This continued for every gathering, and it was very difficult to hear her at the station, or at WB. Oce you reach WB, you are taken over by the local WB guides, who do the actual tour, so this agency is just about reaching there. I would recommend to book the trip by yourself with WB directly.

Horrible please reconsider another tour - Imagine thinking you’re going to have a private tour with transportation as the add leads you to believe. Instead you show up at a train station with a “guide,” who has never been inside the studio and they hand you tickets to an overcrowded train. You then get off the train to wait at a bus stop to take the free studio bus to the studios. While the add says max groups of 8 they only mean they split you up at the studio, expect to with up to 20+ until you get to the studio. When you are done it’s up to you to once again use the overcrowded public transportation back on your own no guide your on your own. Buy your tickets with dedicated transportation from the studio it’s cheaper and way nicer. This tour was so horrible my wife was in tears and we left. Not my first time touring the studio and this was beyond horrible, I feel lied to and scammed.
