Fantastic - Fantastic for real Harry Potter fans!!! Very nice people and a good transfer! If you love the Harry Potter movies this is the best place to go!

Excellent- Private transportation - We opted for the private return transportation from our hotel in downtown London. Although I did not receive correspondence apart from the order confirmation, they quickly responded to my email with all details. The driver (Elena) was 10 minutes early for pick up which was wonderful- she texted in advance and communication was excellent. Comfortable, easy drive to the studio. The studio itself was excellent: such much beyond expectation from this family of Harry Potter fans. The return driver (Julian) texted early saying he could pick us up with 5 minutes notice which was handy- we had a dinner reservation downtown and were concerned about timing but we ended the studio tour 30 min sooner than expected so his early pickup was also handy. Another comfortable ride back, his E class Benz was meticulously kept.
We would highly recommend this service for your family or small group. The studio tour for Potter fans is a must see. **Side note: this does take a good chunk out of your day, so if you have other London plans be sure to add a day to your trip**

Such a fun day! - The actual time we were to leave was delayed due to some demonstrations and road closures. We thought we would miss the bus but all worked out well. Even though our bus was late by an hour they allowed us to have more time with the studio tour which made up for the lost time. The tour itself was amazing! The kids and adults loved seeing all the props and stories behind each setting. 4 hours went by fast and I feel like there was still much more to see. Will definitely want to come here again!

A must for Harry Potter fans. - The bus ride was simple and nice. Use the app to find the pick up location. The tour at the studio was better than I expected. We all (adults) had a great time.

Recommend the private taxi - We paid extra for a private car drop off and pick up to Harry Potter Studios. Worth it. The gentleman was on time both places, clean car, proper driving. Got us to our stop and back to the hotel. Hassle free.

Disappointed carrier, screen not working - Paid more than 150€ per person, big scam of the carrier. Unwelcome on arrival by a young girl who was jaded... we were made to wait more than 15 minutes before entering the park, screen down and poor qualities
