- Some areas of the Abbey are dimly lit and some chapels have low doorways. Much of the floor and many steps are uneven.
- Comfortable shoes are recommended
- Visitors are kindly asked to dress in a “respectful manner” during their visit to the Abbey.
- During the winter months the Abbey can get incredibly cold, so try to dress warmly.
- You will skip the tickets line but security checks are mandatory

Wonderful experience! - We had Lucy as our tour guide and she was wonderful! She was so knowledgeable and was able to guide us through with ease. She pointed out all the major points. There's so much to see and take in. She made it very easy. I highly recommend this tour.

Westminster abbey - Our guide Lucy was absolutely outstanding. She guided us through the crowds easily and was a fount of information about Westminster Abbey. She guided us to the interesting places and showed us things that we would have easily missed otherwise. It was a bit expensive but was worth every penny.

Best tour! Don’t think about it! Denisa! - Denisa was amazing! Or daughter of 8 and 9 years old love it! Was our favorite tour. If you really want to enjoy and learn about the Westminster Abbey, this is the tour. Denisa was full of knowledge and Kees up captive and interested all the time. Our daughter and us learn so much about history, religion, politics and more information. She even helps us to get the right souvenirs. Don’t try another tour (we did and was son disappointed). We highly recommended this tour. Thanks Denisa!!

Royal Masterpiece - Lucy was extreme knowledgeable and gave us a comprehensive tour of the 13th to 16th centuries and British history
We saw the setting for the Coronation, the shrine of St Edward the Confessor, the tombs of kings and queens, memorials of many famous poets, warriors and musicians .

Private tour of Westminster Abbey - We were fortunate to have Lucy as our guide. She was very knowledgeable and personable. She tailored our tour to what we were interested in. I have had tours of Westminster Abbey before but this time far exceeded the others. The stories she shared along with the historical information kept us engaged. We thoroughly enjoyed the tour.
If you are interested in really understanding what's in the Abbey and what it is used for, as well as the incredible amount of history inside, this is the tour for you! And hopefully you can get Lucy for your guide!
