A lovely morning at Westminster Abbey - We had a lovely small group tour with Maria. She was kind, incredibly knowledgeable, and we learned so much in our time at Westminster Abbey. The Abbey is beautiful & going early is definitely the best idea; as we concluded our tour, the incoming crowds were extensive. Highly recommended this tour!

Canceled at the last minute....NOT HELPFUL!! - This operator cancelled the tour at the last minute, did not offer an alternative and refused to contact Viator to inform them that it was the operator, not us, that cancelled the tour. I highly recommend that Viator vet their private operators more thoroughly in the future!
