Awesome UK Experience! - All of the sites on this trip were amazing. Windsor Castle is large and grand. Stonehenge is a must, it’s iconic and Nicholas our travel guide is absolutely brilliant; true native to the UK and he seems to know so much! I have travelled to lots of countries and taken dozens of guided tours, hands down Nicholas is the best with kind words and gentle humor, never a boring moment!!!

Long, cold, rainy day…. But it was worth it - This was a fun tour. Very long day but it was all worth it. Windsor castle was very interesting, the pub lunch was great, our guide (Ava) was amazing, and Bath and Lacock were super cute. Stonehenge was freeeezing and it poured! But a must see.

All in a days drive - The glorious State Rooms of Windsor Castle. Being up close to Stonehenge with nature thrashing us with wind and rain. Lunch in Laycock was excellent. Then Bath. Eugene guided us well. With History and humor helped to break up the ride. Speaking of ride, Ricardo deserves a day off! Keeping us between the ditches during the great monsoon. A great tour. Remember the rain gear.

10/10 recommend! - Our trip started at Victoria Coach station and was very easy to navigate. Our tour guide was named Toby and he was awesome! We had a great time, saw plenty of amazing things and still got our steps in. Definitely worth it and you get to immerse yourself into the UK way of life (sunny, rainy, hot, cold lol) for the day!

Disappointed - First off, wonderful guide and wonderful driver. Everything else was let down. Our pub was a tourist trap restaurant, not a pub in any definition of the word. We had insufficient time at all stops other than lunch. We had 24m of free time and bath after walking around. I would have preferred the option to rebook for another day and the agenda should include estimates stop durations.

Go with Golden Tours!! - Tremendous disappointment. I traveled with a 7 yo and 10yo. Was late for meeting time exactly 3min. The bus left in front of us and did not open the door. I had to uber myself and my kids to Windsor Castle. When over there, on my way out, they closed the gates for the change of guards. I missed the bus again and my kids and I ran after the bus across the whole parking lot... and they did not see us and/or decided not to stop. A very nice lady - Amanda from Golden Tours - saw the whole thing and took us into her bus. My kids were crying - chaos had been ensued. We RAN. AFTER. THE. BUS. THE. ENTIRE. PARKING. LOT. and no one stopped. Her full disclosure was that her tour was in Mandarin only. I told her.. obviously I don't mind at all. I was extremely thankful she was kind and gracious enough to be willing to take us to Stonehenge. So, from here on out, I'm booking with Golden Tours only.

Disappointing Experience with Vaitour - Beware of Their Unreliable Service and to get traumatized in a new country - ** I'm writing this review as a warning to others after having a frustrating experience with Vaitour not once, but twice. Despite reading similar reviews, I gave them the benefit of the doubt, only to be left behind both times. The tour company has a strict policy of leaving sharp on time, which would be understandable if they communicated effectively. However, they fail to inform you if you're running late, and there's no way to contact the driver or guide in case of an emergency. Both times, I was only 2 minutes late, and they left without me. No phone call, no message, nothing. I was left stranded, having wasted my money and time. The lack of communication and customer care is appalling. It's unacceptable to leave passengers behind without even a courtesy call. As I was traveling solo so thought to book a tour where I will have company but the experience with this was sacry and troumatic. They will only talk sweetly but won't do any thing. Also they will not refund your money if you plan to cancel or don't go to the trip . *Pros:* - None *Cons:* - Unreliable service - Poor communication - No emergency contact available - Strict policy without consideration for unexpected circumstances *Advice:* - Avoid booking with vaitour unless you're certain you can arrive exactly on time. - Look for alternative tour companies with better customer service and communication. - Don't ignore similar reviews, as they might be a sign of a larger issue. *Rating:* 1/5 stars I hope this review saves others from the frustration and disappointment I experienced with Vaitour
