Interesting trip! - James and Mario were very pleasant. James is very knowledgeable and provided a few jokes during the trajectory making it not only entertaining but fun!

Biggest downside was that... - Biggest downside was that there was not enough time at Windsor- only about 20-30 minutes. Most of our time there was spent waiting in line for it to open - little over an hour.

Great tour for a quick highlight of the three locations - Tour guides Elvio and David were amazing - very informative with lots of knowledge about the areas, great restaurant and store recommendations. Would’ve been nice to have more time at Bath, 50 minutes wasn’t enough. Also would’ve liked to know in advance that we wouldn’t have time to watch the Changing of the guards at Windsor Castle (we left 10mins before it started at 11am). Overall, would recommend to anyone who wants a quick look at each place as all three locations were beautiful.

Great way to see the "highlights" of 3 interesting places - This is an excellent way to see multiple places in a single day, especially if you don't already have your own transportation. Each location was great, but because there is a lot to see in a short amount of time, you really just get the "highlights" of each. You arrive early at Windsor Castle in order to queue (there are a LOT of groups that go there over the course of the day), and wait outside for about an hour before you can actually go in. You then only have about 1 hour to tour the castle. I tried listening to the audio guide that was included, but could only listen to about 1 minute in each room before moving on in order to be able to get through the whole castle. Even at a very speedy pace, we did not have enough time to also visit St. George's where the Queen is laid to rest. We attended on a day that also had a changing of the guard ceremony, so that was really interesting to see, but it meant that we had to be out of the castle by 10:45 which further compressed the timeline. The town looked charming and I would have loved to explore a bit, but we had to rush to the bus so we could leave for the next stop which was Stonehenge. This was a little less rushed because there is less to see - Stonehenge itself is fascinating and very cool, but didn't take that long to walk around and get back on the bus for the next leg of the journey. The last stop was Bath where we had a bit more time - about 1.5 hours, but in addition to going through the Roman Bath (a very cool place and I'm glad we went), we had to grab a quick bite to eat before jumping on the bus. Again - the town looked lovely and would have loved to explore more, but did not have time. The trip really was great to see 3 very different places, but you don't have much time to really wander around and explore. The guide David was knowledgeable and very friendly and our driver Ashely was wonderful as well. I would recommend this, but would definitely let folks know that it is a quick moving experience which is the only way to be able to see all 3 things in a single day.

A trip to just Windsor Castle and Stonehenge with more time at each would be more enjoyable - Didn’t know ahead of time how little time we would have at Windsor Castle. Stonehenge , a bit more and time at Bath but didn’t know the area. Tour guide had to explain history and info in two languages for long periods and talked to the driver the entire time she wasn’t talking with us. I am a flexible person but had to put on my headphones to drown out their sometimes loud conversation on a 11 1/2 hour trip! Enjoyed the sites with what little time we had but the bus environment was exhausting

Rushed - All of our tours were rushed and we did not have time to look at everything. Josh our tour guide was great. There one employee with Golden tours that needs a lesson in customer service. I do not know her name but she has dark hair and was really rude with another guest of Golden Tours. The guest had an issue with the third party purchasing their tickets and she yelled at them and refused to help them. Yes the guest was upset because they thought they purchased tickets to Windsor but she refused to help them. She even said I am not helping you and told Josh our tour guide not to help. Josh did stay with them and try and solve the issue.

Windsor Castle, Stonehenge Trip - This is a long trip covering Windsor, Stonehenge and Bath. Since it is long drive between sites, we had only 35 - 40 mins in each place. Two people in our bus came late in Stonehenge by 30mins and that delayed all of us. Next time, I will look for tours that just cover 2 of the sites so we have atleast 1 hr in each place. Josh, our guide did a great job informing us and making sure folks were on time

Warning-They will End The Tour To Get Off Work - We were brought back two hours early and all of our stops were shortened with no explanation. Windsor Castle being closed is fine but why did everything get shortened by 30 minutes to a full hour? Why weren't we allowed to enjoy our time in Windsor? We had 1 hour, and with a 15 minute walk to the castle, we were left with 15 minutes before we had to run back to the bus. Seems like the staff was more worried about getting home than letting us enjoy our experience. The other tour guides were fun and talking to their groups, ours dropped us off with directions and no guidance. Also, no wifi and when we asked she just blew us off with, I will call the office but made no calls. That tells me they knew there was no wi-fi and still advertised it. Disappointing!

great sites, horrid tour - Too many places in one day. The tour is extremely rushed and felt very chaotic. There is no time to eat or drink. And, you spend at least six hours in the car. Also, the tour guides are only on the bus, not at the site. You are traveling with 50 people and it is not at all a personalized experience. The sites are great but the tour itself is poorly run and chaotic. A 12 hour tour and no time for bathroom breaks, food, or water.
