A recent review from 2018 captures the magic of this experience:
Surprising discovery - 1st time in Manchester and was wondering around the Arndale Shopping centre, when we discovered some smaller markets, and these were lovely, we then decided to venture a little further and found Albert Market, and wow was it worth the walk, Fabulous atmosphere, more Christmas stall/huts than we have ever seen at any Christmas market, all very well presented, with everything from food, sweets, hot chocolate, mulled wine, beer, trinkets, ornaments, the list is endless. I can highly recommend the trip.
