A fantastic experience - highly recommended - Manchester Wine Tours are interesting, entertaining, informative and fun. Our host Kel is enthusiastic and knowledgeable about Manchester and its food and drink scene, is a qualified wine educator - and she's in a punk band! So an all-round good egg. Best of all, her enthusiasm is contagious and we all had a great time. Kel makes the tour fun and relaxed because she's professional, really knows what she's doing and everything is so well planned. The venues, the walks between them, the wines and the snacks (all excellent) and the insights into Manchester's culture and social history work really well together. We live in Manchester and know a fair bit about wine but we went to places we hadn't been before, drank wines styles that were new to us and learned a lot along the way. How much did we enjoy our tour? We're going to buy a tour for our daughter and son-in-law, we have definite plans to go back to one of the venues and the others are now on our list of places to visit and we tried wines that we will certainly buy. That's how much we enjoyed it. And because Kel varies the venues and wines, we can do it again and it will be a different experience. We certainly shall. (A special mention for Sigurd a lovely bloke who came from Norway to run in the half marathon in the morning before joining the wine tour in the afternoon. Respect.)

A wonderful wine filled afternoon with Jack - We had a fabulous afternoon with Jack sampling some interesting and very tasty wines from a variety of countries, and some very tasty bites to go with! Jack was super friendly and knowledgable and we had a great time. I highly recommend this tour as a local of Manchester (my party of 4 included visitors to the city) and would definitely join again. A wonderful experience made even better by knowledgable and friendly host Kel - The entire experience was incredible from start to finish. If you love wine and you’re interested in learning a little bit more about Manchester especially it’s wine history then this is the tour for you. We got 8 different wines across 4 different venues with snacks paired alongside. All of the venues we’d never been to before, so it really was a brand new and exciting experience for us. Kel is an excellent host and tour guide, she is extremely knowledgable about wine and Manchester and imparts all of her knowledge in a friendly and accessible way for everyone. This is definitely not a pretentious wine tour, it’s easygoing, fun and an enjoyable way to spend your afternoon with likeminded people who also love food, drink and culture.

Highly recommended. Kelly is an excellent guide, great company and knowledgeable about wine and which bars to visit - One of the best walking tours we have done - and have been on a lot! Kellly owns this tour business and really goes out of her way to make sure the Group has a great time. Apparently each tour is slightly different showcasing the best Manchester has to offer in wine bars. The wine provided was generous in quantity with great “snacks” along the way , such as Oysters Cheese and Pizza! We were lucky with the weather and to join a great group, but Kelly is a star communicator and really knows her wine and City.

Kel is amazing! - I booked this incredible wine tour of Manchester for my boyfriend’s birthday. Kel who runs the tour is so knowledgeable of not only wine, but of Manchester and the venues we visited. Despite living in Manchester for a few years now, we learnt so much about the city. We tasted wine from all over the world, including Eastern Europe and England! Would definitely recommend and will be doing it again for sure!

Amazing walking wine tour! - Absolutely amazing walking wine tour. Kel was very knowledgeable about the places and wines. She made the afternoon fun, relaxed and full of information. It was great listening to her talk about the wines we were drinking, where they came from and the history of wine. You could see how passionate she was about the tour but didn't overwhelm us with information. It was absolutely perfect and I can't wait to do it again. I would highly recommend this tour. Fantastic experience - This was an amazing tour. Our guide Kel was very knowledgeable and informative with a very ‘down to earth’ approach. I was a little worried I may feel awkward as a solo participant but Kel and the other members of our group were great! We visited places that I had never been to before and of course the wine was amazing. Definitely will book again and bring along a friend or two! 5 star tour in my opinion!

First Wine Tour in Manchester - Great tour, Kel very knowledgeable and as someone who is local to Manchester it was nice to be taken to venues which wouldn't normally be on our radar. Recommend to anyone regardless of what you do or don't know about wine.
