Great journey - Great journey, good environment, enough time for sightseeing.
Toilets are not clean enough but its not mountain goat's problem and is understandable.

Excellent tour of Lake District! - We have always rented a vehicle and done touring on our own, but with only a couple of days in Manchester and the strong desire to see the Lake District, we signed up for the Mountain Goat van tour. It turned out to be so great, we’ll start making these kind of tours a regular part of our visits to new places. We got to see and experience many of the highlights of the area (including the train and boating experience on Lake Windermere) with an awesome driver/guide/advisor - Tom - who answered our endless questions with as much enthusiasm and patience at the beginning of the tour as he did at the end of our 10 hours of adventuring! A high quality tour. We were completely satisfied.

A trip out of this world - We embarked on a fantastic tour of the Windermere Lake with our brilliant driver and guide Tom. His driving expertise, his cracking storytelling on top of the effort to offer us the best of the Lake District made it a unique experience. He went the extra mile to make this trip feel special to our group.
He really tried to give us an insightful and genuine and authentic experience and I feel like we have had a dream trip in that area !
The mini-bus was roomy, air-conditioned, with large windows to take pictures of the breathtaking scenery and I, who generally get travel-sick in an instant, never did !
Our stop-over in Hawshead was out of this world and I cannot recommend the company enough.
Our group was composed of many nationalities - Australia, India, Korea, Japan, HK and people were very friendly !

Beautiful Scenery - Really enjoyed this tour, beautiful scenery and fortunately really good weather. Our guide/driver Tom was excellent, good driver and knowledgeable. Cruise on the lake was stunning. Highly recommend this tour, one of my favourites.

A good way to see a lot in one day! - Tom was a great guide. Very knowledgeable and agreeable. The itinerary allows you to see a lot in a short time. The last stop seemed redundant and that time could have allowed longer to explore in Hawkshead village.
Tip to Viator: give more info on pick-up info. We didn't know who or what kind of vehicle we were looking for at the pick-up. Had to call the service number for info. This would have been a lot more problematic if we didn't speak English.
