- Our company is not responsible for the client’s failure to appear at the meeting point for the booked tour or activity.
- Last minute cancellation of flights or inability to disembark from a cruise ship, is not our company’s responsibility, therefore any refund requests due to such incidents will not be accepted. Should the client be aware of such a change, he/she is requested to communicate with our company more than 24 hours before the tour or activity starts, in order to discuss possible date or time amendment (subject to availability)
- Refund requests for last minute cancellations (up to 24 hours before the tour or activity), for any reason, will not be accepted.
- All clients are kindly requested to send their preferred meeting point and location until 3:00pm of the previous date, regarding their pick-up for the booked tour or activity. Should they fail to do so, our company will do anything it can in order to locate them (telephone, email, etc), however it is not responsible for any failure to meet them. Meeting points could be, anywhere on the island and the information necessary is either the hotel name or the name of the cruise ship they are arriving with. In the occasion that they are staying at an apartment, clients are requested to send us a google map, a nearby hotel or any information that would help us locate them. Any delay of behalf of the client (up until 15 minutes that we will be waiting for them) affects the transfer schedule and disrupts the smooth conduct of the tour/activity.
- For no-name accommodations, our company will set the most convenient location for the pick-up.
- For accommodations that are located in a pedestrian zone, our company will set the best possible pick-up point.
- Our company is not responsible for knowing whether the client is supposed to book transfer or not. The transfer schedule is prepare less than 24 hours before the operation, therefore we cannot predict such necessity.
- An additional transfer fee (10,00 euro pp/cash on the spot) will apply for transfers from/to hotels in the areas of Elia , Kalafatis , Agrari, Panormos, Super Paradise & Kanalia & other remote areas
- Shared Basis : On shared tours, multiple parties may be combined in the same Jeep (vehicle can accommodate up to five people)

Unique private tour of Mykonos by Jeep. - Matthew was an amazing guide on our private tour. Very knowledgeable and showed us some hidden gems of the beautiful island. The highlight was lunch and wine at the private farm where we tasted the delicious home grown produce. Thank you.

Amazing tour of Mykonos - Absolutely fabulous tour of Mykonos. Our guide was friendly and knowledgeable. She tailored the tour to our liking. Lunch was the highlight of the tour. The food was amazing and the setting was beautiful. Book this tour! We had no idea when we booked that it would be a private tour.

Great Views of Mykonos - A great Adventure where we could see the best spots and beautifull views of Mykonos Island. The guide was fantastic. We love the beaches, the Light house, the visit to the farm and small Villages. We recomendo to all this Tour.

Great tour of Mykonos - Our driver Stephanie was great! Courteous and knowledgeable! We really enjoyed touring the island with her! I recommend taking this tour. We did the 4 hour tour with lunch on the farm!

Good time - Enjoyable. Guide was very knowledgeable. Tour included a sample of Greek foods and drink. The monastery was the highlight. The history of island and vistas were interesting and beautiful. Recommend this tour.

The lighthouse was... - The lighthouse was interesting, however not much to see. The family church was not accessible - locked - did not get in. The lunch was quite good as was the wine
However, we did not get to see much else. The lunch was an additional charge - a lot of money - $205.10 - basically for a ride to lunch. Not at all that we expected.

Not a private tour - Apparently this is not a private tour, even though all the pictures are with a Jeep, which could not hold more than 4-5 people. I cancelled and didn’t participate, but I don’t think I was wrong to assume it would be private. It doesn’t help that the tour operator that called didn’t seem straight forward/honest. And of course, I couldn’t get a refund or had to pay more for a private tour. Too bad and suspicious.

To avoid absolutely - Do not waste your time with this activity.
Although the guide was nice, we did not learn anything about the island of mykonos. It was mainly a tour of the instagram spot to take "beautiful" pictures.
Expensive for the service.

Don’t do it - Jude is the worst. We booked for 10:30, he changed it to 4:00 and then again to 4:30. From the jump I stressed repeatedly we needed a car seat or we weren’t interested. When I pressed him to commit to providing a car seat he told me there was a separate charge of €15. The guide brought a car seat that was broken. A Jeep tour around Mykonos is basically a car ride. €360 rip off.
