Santo Winery - The Union of Santorini Cooperatives - Santo Wines, originally founded in 1911 as the “Santorini Vine & Wine Protection Fund,” is the island’s largest organization, representing all cultivators with 1,200 active members. Santo Wines is dedicated to preserving local traditional cultivations, producing top-quality Protected Designation of Origin (PDO) Santorini wines and food products, and promoting sustainable agricultural development. The traditional farming practices of our cooperative members ensure the authenticity and premium quality of Santo products.
