Kariba Symi Trip - apart from how beautiful Symi is, Kariba Travel were fantastic. they messaged in advance of our booked trip to check what hotel we were staying at and arranged our collection from a hotel next to us. Very friendly driver and at the departure point, the staff were very helpful. The trip obviously depends on the weather, luckily we ended up on a good day. Plenty of seating on the boat, plus a shop onboard for drinks if needed. First port of call was Panormitis Manastry...beautiful tranquil place and plenty of stop off time to have a good look around. back onboard to Symi. It was better than expected..we had approx. 4 hours to look around, plenty of restaurants/cafes to get refreshments. Back to Rhodes Town (about an hour) All in all, fantastic experience.....thank you Kariba, we had a great experience and would highly recommend you company.

Wonderful tour - The pick up from and to the hotel was great. Symi looks exactly the way it looks on the pictures. The monastery was cute but there's not much to see. But I still enjoyed it. We had enough time to shop, walk around, climb to a church, and eat. Bring a jacket because it gets windy in the boat. I am glad we went on this tour.

On the advice of a Greek... - Breathtaking views of the harbor from the boat. Nice city, good food and walks. A tourist island.

Island view - Viewing Symi from the boat as it travelled around, such a beautiful place. Didn't have a long enough stay at first stop off and too long a stay at the town. It was too hot and little shade to shelter.

Information on viator site partly wrong - We booked this excursion because the text said the max group was 19 persons. But it appeared to be 250 persons. When I called to ask whether we were on the wrong boat, she suggested I red it wrong. We could have booked another boat cheaper if we knew it was a big boat. Now the text is altered to max group of 250. Symi is lovely and worth a visit. The boat was very punctual. Also the pickup at the hotel was punctual.

Disappointed no voucher given - As a solo traveller I book trips as find them the easiest thing to do. Was given a pick up time, place and decrypt vehicle. Arrived on time and lively pleasant driver. When we arrived to pick up the ferry he told me to use my voucher to book on.. Never received one so started to feel anxious so might not be going. Went to the desk and a kind gentleman had to go through the bookings for my name and luckily all was ok. Please next time give everyone a voucher which will make the whole experience run smoother. Symi was absolutely stunning and worth the trip.

Rude and rude! - Very rude staff, indeed the gentleman with glasses Italian turned very badly towards me hushing me and screaming in my face, without making me talk, we had to go by boat to take a trip to Symi, he took my and my friend's phone number, (so for any problem he would call us) when we missed the shuttle, we called twice and sent an e-mail with no Response, we went there in person, and he told us that it was not his problem, he could not tell us if there could be a refund or not, from the morning to 9 he told us that he would let us know around 13, we wait until 14, no call, so we go there in person and see that they reopen at 16. At 16 we go there, we waited until 16:10 because they were still closed and when he told us that he didn't know anything I simply told him that he could warn us and tell us that he still had no news since we were waiting for his feedback .. hence the panic, he yelled at me when my tone was normal, until suddenly he took and left with great arrogance leaving us there like two idiots .. at the end at 18 (from morning to 9) he told us that we could take the boat the next day . Experience on the boat to Symi spectacular, but definitely don't do it from them!.

Bad experience, with bad people - We booked a tour to Simi Island and Panoramitis, in the voucher was requested and confirmed pick-up in our hotel. The day before, today, we are rudely contacted via watsup and informed not only that there will be no pick up, at 9.00 am because they have a problem and do not solve it, but that we must go at 07.45. Rude, rude and non-proactive operators do not talk , they even close the phone in the face ... a certain Maria writes on watsup and then makes us call by a bum who closes the phone in our face ... they took the money and if we do not like it invite us to cancel the tour without refund. Tourists are walking ATMs to them, not people. Shit people…don’t trust them!
