Awesome visit to cappadocia - Was collected from hotel 1 hour late transferred to main coach. Driver over 2 days excellent. Guide Roxianne very good over both days friendly knowledgeable and helpful. Stone hotel was better than we expected. Had a pool. Food good but drinks very expensive. Cappadocia it's self breathtakingly. Took balloon ride more expensive than listed. But well worth it. All the usual words to describe this experience are justified. Value for money off the chart. We will use this company again.

Wow! A great tour with lots to see... -
Wow! A great tour with lots to see. Our guide Nejo was great and shared a lot of information about each of the areas that we visited. There are quite a few optional extras offered on this one and my advice is to take all of them if it's in your budget. The lunches were great, the Turkish Dance Night was wonderful with all our drinks and some nibbles included and the Hot Air Balloon flight was absolutely amazing. You actually get to see all of the sights over again but from the air. Over 30 balloons were in the air at the same time so plenty of opportunity for great photos. The hotel, while not quite 4-star was comfortable and clean and the meals were also good. I can recommend this tour if you want to see a very special part of Turkey.

The tour was amazing even if we... -
The tour was amazing even if we didnt get that much time at each place as it was only a two day tour. Tour guide Ida was amazing and made the whole trip with her fun personality and even organised a birthday cake for me at the Turkish night. There was so much to see and the hotel we stayed in was very nice and Turkish night alot of fun, drink and dancing. it is a long way to travel from Side but the bus was air conditioned and very comfortable. The only thing i would say is some of the places we visited did try and sell to you which if you want to purchase something is great if not can feel a bit uncomfortable, but dont let this put you off as Cappadccia is a must place to visit .

Disappointed - We were very disappointed on several aspects of the trip. Firstly our drive to Cappadocia was much longer than six hours, with the 15 mins break, half hour break for lunch this should be added.
The breakfast in the first day was terrible, a small tray which included a few slices of tomato’s, cucumber and one tiny slice of meat, boiled egg and two small slices of bread and of course Cay
The lunch was better but no drinks included not even water.
We understood that the guide would speak , German, Russian and English. There were 5 Russians and four English, we might have well been invisible as the whole drive he excluded us in all his verbal coverage we were left out.
Luckily we were met by an English speaking guide at the Underground city. Sadly the time spent in the caves was very brief 30 minutes we were all very disappointed.
The other sights visited were amazing.
At the hotel, the room was surprisingly clean and warm in our rooms which we weren’t expecting on the first view of the outside area. Unfortunately the dining area was cold we had to wear our coats for evening meal and breakfast
Again without our guide speaking English we were given no times of meals or how long we would have to wait around the hotel while the others participated in the ballon rude, horse riding or trike ride. The ones doing all the events left at 06.30 and didn’t return till 11.30. No planning for the ones remaining and not having any times we couldn’t even go for a walk in case we missed their return.

Great experiences, awful guide - The trip was great, almost all the experiences and the landmarks were well worth it. My recommendation is to not take the night show they are offering, but rather get a taxi drive for about 10 minutes and enjoy a night out in Goreme, way better experience overall. On the other side, maybe we were unlucky, but our guide was beyond awful. Extremely poor english communication skills, extremely disorganized & only giving extra information to the russian people (ex: our check-out got delayed by 20 minutes & all the english speakers were not informed; however all the russians knew about it and did not have to rush to leave the keys). Besides this, I would’ve also appreciated if there would’ve been a timer on shopping as well, as we could spend how much time we wanted in the shops they recommended, but only 20-30 minutes on sightseeing and every stop.
In conclusion, I can recommend this trip to any tourist that doesn’t feel like traveling on their own in Turkey, as you can have great experiences and pretty much enjoy almost everything that Cappadocia has to offer. On the other side, if you feel comfortable traveling alone or with a private tour, I can only suggest you do so.

2day visit to cappadocia - I booked an English speaking tour. The Russian guide spoke good English but gave all the information of places we were passing en route were given in Russian and then very brief information after we had past all the places.Ther were only 3 English speaking on the trip but it should not have been sold as English speaking. Being a solo traveller the guide said I would have to pay an extra 12euros extra for a single room.I showed her my ticket which showed extras to be paid for and it did not say this.
I did not feel included in the group and very disappointed. The trip itself was good.

If you can get it on a deal and... -
If you can get it on a deal and don't mind lounging around a bit in the sun between swim spots it's a nice way to spend a day away from the hotel

A Place of Wonders. - Cappadocia is one of those unique places that should be added to everyone's lifetime travel agenda. Though I have travelled the world from the Russian Stepp to the Brazilian Rain Forest no experience can prepare you for the majesty the mystery or the sheer grandeur of that place.
However; and there has to be an however, use this excursion organiser at your peril.
The coach was to be kind a little tired, the seats we were allocated had not been secured correctly to their mountings and my own seat could not be locked in the upright position much to the inconvenient if the passenger seated directly behind me.
The comfort stops seemed to have been planned around finding the most vile and unhygienic lavatories in the whole of Turkey.
The included meal breaks bordered on laughable; that presuming you can find humour in the undercooked flavourless tepid offerings that were placed before
We four native English speakers did have our own guide who shall I say though not invisible was mostly notable for what he avoided saying the excuses he made and his regular requests for money. Less than effective in any way he seemed totally uncaring and uncommunicative.
For our overnight stay and having been told by our guide that the provided unaccommodating was 'Basic' we elected to pay extra monies direct to him for alternative accommodative at an allegedly better hotel.
However that better hotel never materialised and though he did return our monies he returned them at a lower exchange rate than he had used when collecting our cash .Fortunately ( for him ) he stated by way of justification that the exchange rate varied almost on an hour to hour basis, or perhaps even when being transferred from my pocket to his.
At the Hotel, we were told we had been allocated the hostelry's very best rooms.
All I can say is that if these were of their best then the standard rooms must have given new meaning to the words dire, disgusting and dreadful.
Entering our allocated room the first thing that hit me was a rank pervading and pernicious odour that quite literally took my breath away
Our guide quickly commented that although admittedly the room stank to the proverbial high heaven the smell was coming from and through the stone walls, certainly not from the uncapped drain on the bathroom floor nor from the the black mould quite evident around the lower portion of the shower.
I suppose at least the fact that the light fitting was broken or partly inoperable spared us from looking at the worrisome loose mains wiring at the foot of the bed.
( I have photographs )
The following morning we were collected at 7.45 am for what was a quite glorious Cappadocian sunrise.
However; by the end of the day in darkness and after traversing high mountain passes our coach driver having driven almost constantly for thirteen hours was evidently exhausted.
Understandably he was by then driving erratically and crossing the centre lines more often than an alert driver might be expected to do.
Factually we were more than relieved to reach our hotel safely though not in any real comfort
To visit Cappadocia is an undoubted must.
To use this excursion company is an undoubted no and never.

„English” Tour is a Russian Tour with Russian Speaking Guide - I booked an English Tour, with an English Guide, but was put on a Russian Tour with a Russian Guide. The whole trip I didn’t know what was happening,as the Russian guide didn’t speak English. I missed out important information about places we visited, and was sightseeing on my own. An English guide joined 6 hours later for a couple of hours, and the following day for 1 hour. It’s not worth the money - find a different tour where you can actually book an English Guide.

I was very surprised when a coach... -
I was very surprised when a coach that fit 40 people on turned up as transport for the trip. The tour guide more or less just shunned us on the coach after taking my voucher. After we had picked the last few passengers up it then became evident that there were very few English people on the trip, in fact there were 4 of us in total. The tour guide spoke fluent Russian and very little English. He explained everything in Russian and then attempted to in English giving us basic and simple information as he didn't have the ability to explain in as much information as he did for the Russians. I will like to point out here that I did in fact book an English tour!! The coach we were on was full with one empty seat and soon got very warm and stuffy. The driver very rarely put the air conditioning on over the two days so it was a very uncomfortable journey may I add a 6 hour journey. When we got to the hotel we were advised dinner was at 7pm which was of very poor quality and we weren't even provided any free bottle water to have which was surprising. Breakfast was of even worse quality, I am just glad we thought ahead and brought our own snacks which were a life saver! There was quite a few things that cost additional money, the underground city cost 10 lira per person, a small buffet lunch at a chosen restaurant in pigeon valley cost 30 lira per person, goreme air museum also cost 30 lira per person on top of the fee already paid for the trip. As well there are options to go to a Turkish night in the evening which had an additional cost as well as the option to go in the hot air balloon which was around 140pp. The sights we went and saw were phomenomal and breath taking and are very worth it, but our tour was ruined by the hot uncomfortable journey on the coach and the lack of English information being provided. The tour guide explained everything in Russian first and then in English and there were times when we were forgotten and had no clue what was going on.
