Sunset ride in Cappadocia - The sunset tour was an exciting activity for my day one in Cappadocia. Gorkan, Eren and Mert are great hosts and cordinators. They are the most kind, gracious and above all helpful group of people. I was picked up on time and dropped off safely after the tour. Safety was a priority with this team, i appreciated the care taken during the ride. This is a must to activity when in Cappadocia.

Amazing views, nice experience - Stunning views, well organised, on time. I recommend bringing water in a backpack! I also recommend bringing something to cover up your face and some glasses as the path gets very dusty.

PLEASANT ACTIVITY - The price of 32 euros per couple (both on the same quad) is definitely competitive compared to other offers. On the spot you can find something for less by negotiating the price a bit, also because you do not need to book well in advance, as they have a large amount of quad bikes. This activity took place with a small group of people, a very positive aspect compared to other excursions that are often organized with groups three times larger, if not more. This has at least two advantages: first, during the various stages, you will have fewer people around, allowing you to take pictures in peace (unless you meet other groups). Secondly, you will fill up less dust on the way, as large groups raise real sand walls behind them. The route they propose is pleasant, with short breaks at different points. However, do not expect anything particularly exciting or adrenaline-pumping, as the quad bike ride proceeds at a moderate speed and in an Indian row. I highly recommend doing this activity at sunset, both for the view and to avoid the excessive heat of the early afternoon. Tips: Bring a bandana to cover your nose and mouth from dust and glasses. You can also buy a kefiah from local retailers in Goreme for 4-5 euros. Cons: The van was not air conditioned and sweated a lot. In addition, the helmets provided were wide and offered minimal protection, giving only the illusion of safety.
