bucket list - Great trip... started a little late, but wasn't a problem... a lot of stops and not move than 100 balloon... hard to find the one that was ours! But once up in the air it was amazing as expected, and highly recommended to add to any bucket list.

Everything perfect - It was an incredible experience. We were pickup on time. All the staff was very friendly. The flight was about one hour. We flight in the Love Valley. The pilot was an excellent driver. We were very happy with the tour.

A colorful flying experience like no other. - The experience was amazing, the guys flying the balloon were very professional and helpful, you definitely feel no fear or doubt to be up in the air. Breathtaking!!!!!!

The low passes over... - The low passes over houses and the Love Valley were quite exciting. The view of the many balloons aloft during sunrise were spectacular.

Amazing - This is a must do experience. You will never be able to do something like this anywhere else. It was very safe and calm.

Great views, Great Staff, Short Air Time - Would highly recommend this experience. Each company differs with time in the air and food/beverage offerings our Air time was about 45-50 minutes take off to touchdown and the experience ended with a champagne pop. We were the first balloon back on the ground which made for great ground photos but less time in the air. The tour itself was breathtaking but did not include much history or information on the areas you are passing so it’s more of a nice bird eyes view/ride through the area rather than a guided tour. Basket accommodates 20 people so be prepared to be packed in with others!

Use at Your Own Risk - Complete disaster!! This company cancelled our balloon ride in Cappadocia 5 days before the ride with no notice reaching us (already left home) or our travel agent at home. We have been advised by others in the know in Cappadocia that this is very fishy and unacceptable. All the balloon companies were operating the day of our ride and to cancel so late means that Sakura probably forgot to book our arrangements with a balloon operator even our booking with Sakura was in place and fully paid for at least 6 months ahead of time. Our only option when trying to find a replacement was going to cost almost double the usual rate so we declined - and no offer of a replacement came from Sakura. This was the biggest disappointment of our stay in Cappadocia. Don’t take the chance that your experience will be the same as ours.

Not Reliable - It is not reliable. They say that if the flight gets canceled due to weather conditions,we will give you a slot next day. But they will just refund the amount and won't give you any slots
