Amazing Experience!!! - To start, the weather on the day we went was absolutely perfect. The process picking us up and getting to the balloon site was very well organized and included a coffee and breakfast cake pre take off.
The pilot and assistant made sure we were all on board safely and made it a fun time! It exceeded our expectation and was one of the highlights to our visit to Turkey! The views were stunning and was one of the most relaxing and peaceful experience.
After we landed they provided a champagne toast and a personalized flight certificate.
Overall 10/10!!

Hot air balloon - Amazing experience flying over the fairy chimneys at sunrise. The piloting was superb, very friendly staff and the landing was soft as a pillow on the back of their trailer. Views incredible and unforgettable. One minor piece of feedback, all the shuttle buses for various tour companies arrive together at Goremé bus station. It's dark, it's pre dawn and there's no clear signage or communication. It's a very haphazard, Turkish-style chaos with so many guests and buses whilst the drivers just chat and smoke cigarettes

Great experience - Great experience! Must to-do activity in Cappadocia. Pick up and drop off was very smooth. Hot air balloon pilot was very experienced. Overall very good.

Unforgettable Experience - This balloon tour is an indispensable activity if you come to Cappadocia. Our experience was excellent. They were very punctual in picking us up at the hotel. Then they took us to the valley where we would take the balloon. They gave us tea and dessert. We had time to portray ourselves and take videos as the balloon filled up. We were then accommodated in groups of four in each basket space. The tour was very complete. The landing was smooth and in the end we celebrated with alcohol-free champagne and were given flight certificates. We took pictures with the members of the flight team. They took us back to our hotel with time for breakfast. I recommend Viator. We have travelled to many places and have always been very professional.🇹🇷♥️

A fairytale tour not a balloon tour - Loved it. Definitely goes into the bucket list before he dies. We’ve watched the sunrise 2 times. We went so high that we saw the sunrise and then went down. It looked like the sun was going down. The sun began to rise again when we were too low to fully see the sun. It was like a fairy tale. Teşekkürler Skyway Trawel Cappadocia

Experience of a lifetime! - There were four of us that were on the ballroon ride ride, along with about 20 others. It was wonderful with a start of tea or coffee on a very chilling early morning. We were up and away in no time and it was stunning. The Captain was very knowledgeable and guided us on a memorable journey. The weather was chilly but perfect, and we ended with champagne and personal certificates, and the option to buy photos they took. Much, much cheaper than what others offered and was just as good, if not better. Oh, pick up and drop off was also included for just over $100pp

Highly recommended but the flight video is a scam - The hot air balloon experience was fantastic. We were picked up 10 mins late, but we made it in time for sunrise and everything about the logistics was perfect. The flight itself was about 54 minutes and they took us up and down through the valleys, beautiful.
The reason I only give this 3 stars instead of 5 is because of the $50 they charged for the flight video and photos. I know this is not included in the booking price, but they misrepresented it. They said it was the full flight video - instead, it was just 7 minutes long. Also, the USB stick they give requires you to install an exe file (which is corrupt on the stick). They also provide a youtube link on the USB (which has been deleted from youtube). So it took me hours to figure out how to even open the video, only to see it was just 7 minutes long. $50 is ridiculous for this kind of service.

Would not recommend for winter - It was freezing and we were not allowed to go back to the car after we landed. They forced us to stand there in the name of giving us champagne but it was actually to advertise the photos/videos they took, and ask for tips. We literally stood in the snow for 20 minutes freezing our heads off. At least give us hot chocolate if you want us to buy stuff:)
