Magical experience! - Such a magical experience! Everything went so smoothly from pick up to drop off. Everyone who worked there were so nice and made this moment very special for everyone. Would definitely recommend this!

Spectacular experience - Such a fantastic experience! Picked up from the airport, provided snacks/drink, experienced an amazing ride with the most spectacular views, fantastic staff who had a great sense of humour and made us feel very comfortable. All followed by a celebratory post drink before being dropped home. The view from the balloon is something else. Felt safe and the ride is peaceful. Highly recommend!

Excellent hot air balloon experience - Communicative, punctual, friendly pilot, amazing flight, nice breakfast, fairly priced...overall one of the best highlights I had in Kapadokya. Recommend this tour to anyone wanting to experience the beauty of Goreme from the skies, and unsure which tour to pick.

Disappointing - The balloon ride was good-beautiful views. Negative- we were supposed to have a sunrise ride- our van was late and got stalled in traffic. The crew had difficulty getting our balloon up so missed the sunrise and flight was cut short. Very crowded- too many people in balloon- could hardly move - therefore, you can only view a small part of surroundings!

Avoid this operator - but DO fly balloon - AVOID! this operator - but DO go on a hot air balloon tour! This was a huge disappointment! We were picked up at 5:15 and drove to the launch spot. There we sat for more than half an hour watching other balloons take off, not being led out of the bus. We were then subsequently rushed to another part of the town - altogether spending more than an hour in the pick up bus. By the time we got into the balloon the sun had rissen so we missed the sun rise! When in the balloon we simply ascended and hovered more or less over the same area. Whereas other balloons descended into the valleys for better views. And then we landed. I would make sure to choose an operator, which takes you into the valleys eg Love Valley for a much better and more beautiful experience. Also, going another time I would skip Viator and ask my hotel to book. They know the local tour operators and can help you better. So in short: great to fly balloon, but this flight was not worth the money and the operator not up to it.

Big disappointment due to delayed flight and rude drivers - Terrible experience even though i paid for the expensive "comfort" option. Got picked up at 5.45am and reached the launch location before sunrise. But the balloon pilot had an incident and couldnt fly. The driver drove around, seemingly searching for a random balloon to stuff us into, without explaining what was happening. And kept shutting us in the vehicle and scolding us for leaving to take pictures while he figured out where to send us to. Round and round on the van for 30min to 45min while the sun rose, before he found a balloon for us. By then the sun was already up with most of the balloons. We missed the magic time period. Such a disappointment for the price i paid to skyway. No apologies either. Dont reccomend booking with skyway.
