Wonderful Ride! - Wonderful balloon tour! The ride was so smooth, the basket was not overcrowded. We got a birds eye view of Goreme and it was a once in a lifetime experience for us! We were given a light breakfast at the balloon site and an alcohol free drink at the end to celebrate the flight. Everything from the pick to drop off was excellent, the whole crew was so personable. Highly recommend.

The Red tour with Bilal was also extremely informative. Very courteous , helpful and knowledgable staff and support . Fantastic experience - They picked us up and dropped us off at the indicated time, we flew in a not very crowded basket and we were able to see a beautiful sunrise! The pilot and the team in general are crackers! Definitely worth it!

Elevator Going Up - I am afraid of heights, but glad to have done the hot air balloon ride. Our pilot flew a smooth ride, it felt like being in an elevator.

Fabulous experience - This was an amazing experience professionally managed from start to finish. We were picked up on time (early start), given snacks to keep us going & driven to the take off location. There we were loaded into the balloon & given a safety briefing for landing. The pilot was amiable, knowledgable and friendly. We had a fabulous trip & the landing was smooth as a baby's bottom. Then we all had a drink, got our certificates & were driven back to our hotels. It's not a cheap experience but is worth every penny. I highly recommend!

Fairytale experience🧚🏼 - At first, I was a little hesitant when reading some of the reviews! I was very happy that I did not take the reviews advice! From the moment I booked to the moment, they drop me back at the hotel. Every moment was as I planned there was absolutely no hiccups. Great experience an absolute most when visiting Cappadocia! Special things to and Ahmed and his assistant which were the balloon operators! My husband had fun messing around With Tolga 😊From their Yabanci friends! Keep making this a beautiful fairytale experience

pickup-time 1 hour earlier than prognosticated - the pick up-time from the hotel was changed -- one day for the flight -- from 4.30 to 5.00. this changing was good communicated over email and over the hotel-reception as well. but the real pick up-time was 3.58 !!! about 1 hour earlier !!!

WORST Company ever-- Do Not Book--SCAM - BEWARE, * DO NOT BOOK WITH COMPANY *. Two years ago me and my family view a video of hot air balloons flying thru the Fairy Chimneys in Cappadocia Turkey, we fell in love and planned the trip Turkey because we had to get on those balloons and fly over those fairy chimneys. What a DISAPOINTMENT, the minute we landed in Istanbul we started tracking weather for the winds. We booked our ride for Tuesday October17, because it was showing that day was the best weather. On October 16, while we were on a plane to Cappadocia, Mustafa send me a message that our ride was cancel due to Technical Issues. When I arrived to the hotel I asked what technical issues, and he responded the balloon fell on a tree. Mind you the landscape is 99.99 percent Rocks. THEN you have to wait 7 to 10 days for your refund Total LIES, because of the high demand they cancelled our tickets to resell them double the price. We paid a different tour company 400.00 Euros to flight on Wednesday because everyone was sold out for Tuesday. Unfortunately, due to high winds Balloon flights were cancel, same thing happen on Thursday.DO NOT BUY for this company you will take a risk of getting your booking cancel so they can make more money if the demand goes up. we left Turkey unable to experience our Balloon Ride over the Fairy Chimneys.
