Would you like to fly in my beautiful balloon - As someone who doesn't like heights I had to do this and I loved it. We were picked up from our hotel and driven to the site where we were given a breakfast bag and then we watched the balloons being inflated. Once inflated we boarded the gondola and were given a safety talk. Our balloon held 20 people within 4 sections of 5 and the pilot Mehmet and Yasmin copilot in there own section in the middle of the basket. When it was our turn to take flight we rose gently and watched the sunset and all the other balloons fly. We were told about what we could see around us and also had a 360 video of the ride taken on a memory stick of the flight. Once the flight was over our pilot landed safely on the trailer and we got out the basket, we were then given our certificates and a glass of sparkling home made drink and driven back to our hotels.

Dreams take flight - Everything about this experience was unbelievable. From the (very early!) 4am pickup in the modern air-conditioned minibus, we arrived at the launch zone to see hundreds of balloons being prepared and took plenty of photos! As soon as ours was ready, we hopped on and were greeted by the Pilot Muhammad and Co-Pilot Yasmin who were super friendly and very professional. The flight was absolutely amazing - we flew for just over an hour and dropped into the valleys, as well as went over 1400m high, skilfully avoiding the hundreds of other balloons. Yasmin was really helpful answering our questions, whilst Muhammad was telling us everything about the flight, filming the journey and taking photos. The views are utterly spectacular and everyone who visits Cappadocia needs to take a hot air balloon ride - and if you do, we recommend Türkiye Balloons! As soon as we landed, the ground crew were super helpful (they also took photos for us at the start and end!) and we received our flight certificates, as well as our non-alcoholic champagne breakfast, and tucked into our croissants and chocolate wafers. We had an amazing experience and Türkiye balloons were amazing - highly recommended!!

Trusted Balloon Operator - We had booked for a flight for 23/May. Unfortunately that day the balloons didn't fly. The company does send you a message asking for alternative dates else they'll refund. As there was no availability during the alternate dates they offered a refund. The refund reflected back in 10 working days, although their message says 6-9 working days. Throughout the process they have been very responsive and didn't feel ever like our money was going to get stuck.

Hot air balloon flight - As a person who's wife doesn't like heights I was surprised that we enjoyed it as much as we did. We were picked up and driven to our pickup point and watched as all the balloons were inflated, we then got in the gondala after being given a breakfast bag. We had a safety talk and explained what to do if we had a hard landing and then we were off. The views were amazing, Mohammed explained the scenery around us and Yasmin his copilot videod the flight. Upon landing we were given a glass of local made sparkling non alcoholic wine and given our flight certificates. Would definitely recommend and do it again.

Amazing, stunning and a must do experience! - This was AMAZING!!! You must do this when you go to Turkey. Stunning scenery and amazing balloon flight. There are about 100 balloons that take off before sunrise and the flight is quite long which means you get lots of time to enjoy it. You will be speechless. Totally stunning views. The organising of the balloons take off and landing is coordinated well and the staff in all the balloon companies are very professional. We went with Sky Way Balloons who were great. Do not miss this wonderful experience.

Must do experience! - Pickup and drop-off was on time. The company contacts you One day before the tour for any additional details. They refund the trip if weather isn’t favorable. The staff are helpful. This trip isn’t suitable for anyone needing help to climb into the balloon basket as Step ladder wasn’t provided. They record the flight and offer the usb with video and photos for 30 euros. No restrooms, so go prepared! Breakfast box has croissant, juice, chocolate and water.

Sad Cappadocia, Turkey - Climate change cancelled. The saddest thing is that the company said they would refund the money. Now I haven't received a refund. I hope TripAdvisor will seriously consider helping us fans get justice. These companies are blacklisted
